I grew up in a reggae home, all five of my brothers were Rastafarians, ganja smell and dreads and rasta music, with my brothers not eating meat. We were brought up with love and respect with a lot of warmth.
Thank you for this information 🙏

This is why the only two people who have influenced me in life more than Bob are my mother and father. Think of all the great musicians that immediately come to mind. It's as if the greater their status as performers/ musicians, the worse they are as people. Some aren't such bad people but there is not one who matches Bob as such an extraordinary musician and person.

I love how he breaks down Bob Marley believes on the usage of The Herb. A lot of people with Christ like consciousness, and prophets travel this Earth right before some of us eyes, and we never recognize them until they are no longer in the flesh with us. A man that sacrifices his life to make this world better place. We should pay attention to the people that are putting their lives on the line to save lives, and restore peace.

I lived in Trench town between the ages of 6 and 8 years old, from 1962 to 1964. At some point there were some teens who used to consult with my mother about their song lyrics. I often wonder if one of them was Bob Marley, since he lived just down the road, and our "yard" was pretty popular with football players and weed smokers.😅

Very misleading title, and I knew almost everything the narrator said, shameless clickbait, with minor details I wasn’t aware of. Bob was a hard working man, that struggled very hard, making others wealthy while he hardly survived the tough times in his own country. I’m a 65 years of age white woman, and I have been a fan since 1975. Whenever in the islands, wisely search for the Rastafarian guys in the alleyways. They carve, sing, dance, and smoke joints as long as my entire hand length. They will tell me where the craftsman are so I can buy from them, not the greedy merchants that sell their works for 25 times what the craftsman was paid. They offer me a puff, but I decline their kindness, buy everyone a fruit juice. Some Rasta men have seen me a few times, and greet me with big friendly smiles, and have always walked myself and female travel partner out to the Main Street - where I see the ship that will take me the next island. There is always an open guitar case or wooden box, and I drop 5 of our US $5 bills or whatever is required so that each man gets $5 American dollars. Most white women my age would fear the Rastafarians, not me, I always leave them with a smile or handshake, and a contact high from the thick clouds of marijuana smoke. Never
forget this man, I know of no other artist from a 3rd world country who rose so high so fast. When I play his music, I play it very loud, so my neighbors can listen to the beautiful music of my youth. Now I’m going to go “lively up myself” like the man said~ Rest in peace and power~🙏

What you all suspected, I don't know, I will make time to watch this.
Let me tell you first what I suspected about Bob Marley's early death. Bob Marley was a true Prophet of the true God of all creations. Yes I'm saying this because most of his songs, happened in my life and that's why I believed that he was a true Prophet. Many can't understand this, maybe his children also.
Now I know that his death, just didn't happen just from those that have hands in any way in his death, but escalated to those that recognized that he was a prophet of the true God. Remember that his song, "how long shall they kill our prophets, why do we stand aside and look". If the cartel or web involved were knowledgeable of who he was, that very song might have took them into listening to his other songs in order to know if he knew what was happening from those that the world trusted and accepted. Please I don't want to go farther than this. Cheers!

He did not moved with his mother to Trenchtown, he went with his father to Kingston to meet his father parents, they rejected him, and cut off the father from his inheritance because he was with a black woman. He was ashamed to go back to Cedella and told her what happened, so he left Bob with a woman that used to sell charcoal in the market in Trenchtown, she had Bob until Cedella cousin saw Bob in the market one day with the lady and told Cedella where to find Bob. When you white people tell black people story, most of you like to leave out the racist part.

Nearly nothing you said in this video is true of bob he joined the Ethiopian Orthodox Church as a lot of rastas do but this certainly doesn't mean he was a follower of his majesty .
And neither did he waiver in his belief of his majesty
