When I tried to bring the phone into Download mode, it wouldn't, instead loading into a pseudo recovery mode in what I can only presume is in Chinese or Korean (Sorry if generalizing as I'm just a dumb american and don't know anything outside my ABC's) I did some digging and found this video. The phone is slow and bogged down compared to a normal S10+ which is why the customer brought it in in the first place thinking it had been rooted and had some malware in there. (It still might actually.)

Seems the fingerprint is slower than face recognition. Videos and photos are impressive. Audio is excellent too. I bought it in a Samsung distributor in a mall for about 1300US$ enough to piss me off if this one is fake.

On the International phone the boxes are white lettered, not blue. Also googling it shows all the boxes as white letters.
