I gave them to my little cousins who were about to start college, they are still using them for school 2 years later, they compared them with their friends iPads and said they couldn't really tell the difference aside from the software. I'm sure for professional users can tell a difference, like art students or someone who need high quality drawing capabilities or something. But for my personal everyday phone, I wouldn't mind. I bet some of these fakes or knock off come from the same factory as real ones.

It may similar to an S9 plus, but if you would have watched until 7:01 in he compares their Antutu benchmark scores and the fake only had a score of around 17,000 vs the real S9 plus which scores around 250,000-270,000. The fake would be about the equivalent of a 2012 Samsung Galaxy S2 original, basic model. Not to be confused with the upgraded S2 model the larger and much faster "S2 Skyrocket".

And that's assuming they actually send it and not give me a refund. Besides. I don't have the money for a real Samsung Galaxy s9. That's unless you have one lying around to send me.
I got the phone. I complained to Wish. I got my money back. I gave that POS away. The person I gave it to stuck it in his back pocket and sat on it. Now I know the fake one didn't even have Gorilla Glass 1. The screen cracked and now the phone doesn't work anymore. I'd consider buying an older s9, but I still owe a lot on my s10. Then again, I might grab an iPhone 7 or 8 and call it a day. We'll see.

AKG headphones can be made everywhere... The only way to spot fake is to clink with silver parts where it's written AKG and they have to soud like metal.. not like plastic

Vietnam has the largest production unit of Samsung phones - about 50%. so I don't understand what you're talking about. There are only 6 Samsung phone factories: - S/Korea, Vietnam, China, Brazil, India and Indonesia. Google Samsung factories and you'll be surprised what you get.

Redskull one thing I did notice is the message icon is orange on the note 8 but blue on the 9 series. Was the message icon blue on the s8. The bezel is a dead giveaway from pics I see from people selling the phone. Bottom bezel is very noticeable. I actually noticed this when I though about getting the s8 last yr.

No. He's wrong about a few things. Different regions, t different times, have different spec. For example, the box he says is fake is exactly the correct real box in the UK. Samsung definitely made/make headphones in Vietnam - you do not need to worry. Sincerely, guy who sells phones :)
But take note that in 2008, Samsung established a manufacturing and assembly plant in Vietnam. So, the production in Vietnam, how will you spot the difference?

The fake phones has no screen sensitivity adjustments, if you use a screen protector you literally have to punch the letters
to get results.

if you run the test you can identify it based on the score. if the score is over 130000 it's real, if not, fake

I watched this as was curious if a fake didn't have expandable SD slot as I've seen an S9 online from a supposed supplier, but has no SD slot. Everywhere I read the specs I can't find a version with no SD slot.
The boxes are swaped... You put the fake one as real and vice versa. At least the chinese version (original one) shows all specifications behind the box.
