What a wonderful reminder this morning. In the words of 1 Peter 4:9-11, "Show hospitality to one another without grumbling. As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies-in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To Him belong all glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen."
I have learned so much from this, thank you! What she said about us obeying and being hospitable and not relying on our giftedness but on the fact that God will draw people to Himself is so freeing! Also what she said about it not being about presenting a perfect home and dishes that match, she is right, that should not be what stops us from being hospitable and sharing the gospel through hospitality. Fantastic interview.
