I hope Boyer is on the ballot next time around. I am trying to collect his cards now before he does get in. Thanks Mookie. I hope you had a great New Years.
Great looking cards, Drew! Holy cow, Boyer in a 9! Bando was a good player for sure and had some great seasons. Your Pinson and Yas look amazing, too. That Munson is also really sharp! Congrats!
I absolutely love buying PSA cards that are graded 3 and 4 like that Dick Williams that look really nice. But sending them in for grading would be a little tougher to get back but it is what it is. Like the 68 Yaz, Seaver and Boyer. Nice Bando as well. Great share as always Drew. Stay safe during the snow storm.
Very nice return Drew! Congrats on that Boyer getting a 9 that is huge! He does belong in the Hall! A 5 on a 71 Munson is a very good grade, that card gets graded hard. Love the Bando card! He and Campy were both really good ball players and key reasons the A’s won three in a row. 1968 cards are so hard to grade, almost as hard as 1971 cards. My experience when I get a 68 graded lower than expected is when I look at it under a loupe that the corners are frayed a bit that doesn’t show to the naked eye. Congrats on an excellent return!
I was really happy with the 5 on the Munson. Perfect for me. I use a loupe as well, but it seems that I am still missing something on these cards I pointed out. I wish PSA would provide grader's notes. Thanks for stopping by.
Nice centering on the Dick Allen. I think it presents really well! Love that one. Killer Ken Boyer there, wow! Love the '68 Yaz as the back captures his Triple Crown numbers. That Munson is a great capper. Nice copy!
Hey Drew, your 68 HOFers is coming along nicely. You picked a fun and historic season for your project. I live through the submission experience through channels like yours. I don’t have the personality for it. Haha. I like both Boyers in the 66 and 67 sets with the Mets. He looks good in blue, white and orange, and I love tbe patch on his sleeve. What a nice Seaver card too with the rookie trophy. Thanks for sharing!
Sicko in Dylan’s voice had me cracking up 🤣 Beautiful cards, Drew. The Munson is so hard to find in that condition, I’ve been looking for a nice copy for a while. Great to get a 9 on that Boyer!
That is a cool MJ piece. Great Vida and sweet Dick Allen rookie! Seaver is a beauty no matter what that grade says. The image of Maz with that chewing tobacco always makes me laugh.
GREAT PSA reveal! Turnaround times seem long from PSA. I'm looking forward to using this grading service in 2025. Love all the Chicago White Sox players! Thanks for sharing, Drew
My last submission took about 5 weeks so things are getting better. I am thinking of using their magazine grading service in 2025. We will see. Thanks for popping in and I hope you and Mrs. D. are having an enjoyable 2025 so far.
Great video and super looking cards Drew. They all look great slabbed. The Thurman Munson and Ken Boyer (Mets uniform) were my favorites. Dick Williams looked a lot better than the grade that they gave it. Thanks for sharing those great cards.
Look at you skimming past that Jordan display real quick! Nice 9 on the Boyer. That’s finer’n frog fur I tell ya! Cool shot on that Munson card. Looks like you sliding into home in Bellwood
I could not get that darn Jordan in the camera frame. Rooke mistake. lol Um, not sure I scored in Bellwood. I wish I could get hypnotized to forget about that game. lol
Drew! Nice reveal, my friend. Congrats on the Boyer! My favorite card is the Munson. It’s such a cool card and I need to get one. Thanks for the show and have a great day, Card Farmer 🌽
Wow Drew! That Boyer in a 9? Congrats! Great return overall. I’ll take Psa 4s that look that good all day long. I think 68 is a tough year to grade. The burlap seems to hide imperfections. I have a few 68s coming in soon that I will be most likely be sending in soon. We will see how I do. Thanks for the reveal.
I know everyone talks about the 71 being so hard to grade but the 68s are the most difficult for me. The burlap boarders hide a lot. It makes the cards look great even in low grade which is actually something I really like about the set
Great video Drew. Sorry for commenting so late I could’ve sworn I checked this one out previously. Wonderful vintage cards. They really are the best. Better than all the fancy shiny ones of today. Thanks for sharing. Be well. 🤙 14:38
Like #10! Great cards! Nice reveal, I always love watching reveals and am happy you got that 9 and really like the Sal Bando as well, but they are all great cards. 1968's and 1971's are tough and even though I tend to stick by PSA, I still feel they are a bit inconsistent with some of their grades. Love the Yaz, Seaver and the Maz of my Pirates from those 68's. Great looking 6 on the Maz and the Yaz though, both entail very nice eye appeal to me. A 5 on that Munson is great, the centering is beautiful. I use to have one of those, but it was so off center left to right I ended up selling it. Would love to find one as centered as yours. Anyways, enjoyed the watch. Thanks for sharing 👍👍 until next time, have an awesome day Drew ✌out and keep watering that cardboard, you're growing some gems 💎
I think that PSA is certainly inconsistent. Sometimes I shake my head. I was pretty lucky to find some of the cards that I had graded. Thank you Andy for taking the time to swing in and watch.
Such a great looking Scwartz rookie card to pair with a Boyer in a 9! I'm not so sure you and GMC missed anything. They certainly present well. The centering on the '71 Munson is really good. That is such a hard card to find like that.
Beautiful cards, especially the Boyer and the Munson...coincidentally, two players that are way overdue for the Hall of Fame. Have a great 2025 my friend.
I am on board with Boyer, but I can't with Munson. I believe you and I texted back and forth on that. lol Thank you for stopping in and I hope you are off to a great 2025 as well.
@ hahaha. I saw a Boyer in a PSA 9 sold north of $200 on the Bay recently. But I’d keep it. How often does that happen getting a 9 back in a vintage card?
@@The_Cincinnati_Kid 9s are hard. My crown jewel is a Rickey Henderson in a 9. I have Bobby Grich as well in a 9. Very tough to get that 9. Oh, and I have a 1956 in a 9, but with an OC qualifier which I disagree with. Upcoming video that one.
Six bucks for a HOFer rookie card! Well done, Drew!! Some really nice cards. Kenny Boyer 9, Wow! The Munson is a keeper. Thanks for sharing your submission.
Overall, I thought the grading was reasonable. 7’s and of course a 9 on sixties cards is dynamite. The 4’s for sixties cards aren’t a disaster. I tend to believe creases and wrinkles will mostly result in 3’s or lower. Great buys on the Seaver and Munson. Could you imagine buying a $30 blaster and pulling either of those cards? You’d be over the moon! Thanks for sharing and Good Collecting! Neat MJ BTW👍❤️
Overall, I agree with you. You pointed something out worth talking about. A $30 blaster with Seaver or Munson would be a home run or a "banger" as they say. I would much rather have those cards than anything they are producing today. Thanks.
March 11th? Did you just get these back? Great looking cards and you did good with the grades! You know I like that 68 Yaz! Love the 71 Munson! That’s a card I need to upgrade, the one I have has a big crease right down the middle!
March is right, but this video was recorded several months ago. I put that in my description but I figured it would trip a few up. lol Yes, happy with the YAZ!
I’m done with the hope Boyer gets in. The era committee this time around I thought was his best chance to get elected. As players from that generation pass he’ll be slowly forgotten. And you know it pains me to feel that way. Nice returns though, Drew.
Gave a video like. The Boyer and Munson cards are stunners. All great additions! Thanks for sharing the reveal, Drew.
I got pretty lucky with a couple of these cards. Thanks.
Some real beauties. Love the ‘68 set and that Munson is such a stunner. Outstanding centering. Have a great weekend
Thank you David. I appreciate your comments and I hope you have a great weekend as well.
Love seeing vintage slabbed. And some really really nice grades.
Thanks Zach. It's fun to see what you'll get back.
Great looking cards Drew. Good luck on the 68 HOF run. Sweet Munson 1971.
Thank you sir! Hope the new year has gotten off to a great start for you.
Love the vintage cards. Enjoy your weekend!
Thank you sir. You too.
Nice cards. I was a little distracted by all those numbers 😂
Haha. Thanks John.
Awesome my friend 🎉🎉
Thanks
Cards look good being planted into those slabs . Love some Rc’s and gold cups
Well, thanks Adam. I appreciate it.
Thanks for sharing your awesome cards. Great return, congrats
Thanks Orlando.
I agree that Mr Met Ken Boyer belongs in the hall - and that 9 is fine! That Seaver is sweet too, no matter the corner. Great stuff Drew!
I hope Boyer is on the ballot next time around. I am trying to collect his cards now before he does get in. Thanks Mookie. I hope you had a great New Years.
Congratulations on the 9 on the Boyer! Another great reveal!
Thank you sir.
That Munson is a beauty
I was lucky to find it at a decent price. Thanks.
Great looking cards, Drew! Holy cow, Boyer in a 9! Bando was a good player for sure and had some great seasons. Your Pinson and Yas look amazing, too. That Munson is also really sharp! Congrats!

Thanks Mr. Peeps. I was happy with the return. I got pretty lucky with finding a few of these cards at nice prices.
What is up my brotha 😎✌🏽 over all I say it went well 👍🏽 love the Cali Great Tom Seaver for the win 🏆 congrats 🎉
Thank you sir.
Great cards, Drew! Good luck with completing those runs. I like the design on that last Munson card.
Thanks Cody. That 2nd year Munson is a favorite of many.
The Yaz was a nice surprise. I wish PSA gave reviewer notes. The Munson looks great.
Yes, more transparency would be nice. Thanks Justin.
Even though some of your grades are a little bit lower than expected, it was a lot of fun to watch you reveal your slabs.
Thank you. I am still puzzled by a few grades but overall, very happy. Thanks for watching.

What a nice Seaver card too with the rookie trophy.
Thanks for sharing!
Thank you sir. I can certainly understand why people would not want to go through the grading torture and hassle. Happy New Year sir.
Sicko in Dylan’s voice had me cracking up 🤣 Beautiful cards, Drew. The Munson is so hard to find in that condition, I’ve been looking for a nice copy for a while. Great to get a 9 on that Boyer!
I was really lucky to find that Munson and for the price I paid for it. And Boyer...I didn't see that coming. Have a great week Hugo.

Thank you sir. Kind of fun to see if I can guess the grades. I hope to get better at it.
Great reveal. Love that Sal Bando, I got to meet him at Mike Hegan’s Grand Slam (Batting Cages) in Milwaukee.
Oh man. I wish I could have met him before he passed.
Nice cards! New support ❤

I was surprised to get a 9. I will take it. lol Thanks for stopping by.
Great return Drew! Boyer in a 9. That’s a crazy good grade. The 68 set is difficult to grade. It’s hard to see things with that burlap background.
Thanks Jason. I hope you had a great weekend.
Great returns man. As a Seaver fan, yours has incredible centering to it. Hard to find that card centered.
Thank you Sammy. I appreciate that coming from you.

Wow, that 9 is huge! Make some money on that big boy.
Perhaps. I don't think there are many graded that high. Thanks Dan.
I know everyone talks about the 71 being so hard to grade but the 68s are the most difficult for me. The burlap boarders hide a lot. It makes the cards look great even in low grade which is actually something I really like about the set
1968 has really grown on me over the last few years. But, certainly both years can be difficult to find in good condition. Thanks for popping in.
Beautiful Episode , very nice vintage collections .Thanks for sharing 👌👌👍👍🙏🙏 .like done .Happy New Year 🎉🎉🎉🎉
