Back in the late 90s and early 2000 our igbo brothers doing business in Sierra Leone had no options rather than to employ Sierra Leoneans and trained them the same way. Sincerely speaking those Sierra Leoneans who were settled by their master are doing amazingly well.

It's more sustainable approach towards empowerment, poverty eradication rather than dishing out cash 💸 💰 without investment that federal government has been doing for the past 8 years which made no impact.
