Very kind of you, thank you for watching and commenting. I'd really like to get back to MCBP more next season. I only made it there once in 2018. And as one other commenter noted, they changed up things so this video is less useful as a reference. Thanks again!!!
Armen Tekerian Thank you Armen. Actually, I just rode the same run this weekend and the beginning of Ego Trip is smoother than in the video...sort of made it even easier, which I think is appropriate for a beginner-ish trail. Thanks for the comment!
I haven't been back to MCBP since that day, but looking forward to going sometime this Fall. MCBP was where I learned to ride DH (took lessons) and it's really a tough, tough place to learn to ride well... Their trails sure keep you on your toes, don't they?! Thanks for checking out my video!
I actually haven't been back since, but my buddies are going this weekend. I've been to most of the other parks in the NE this summer too. It's my first year doing dh. I liked MC, Highland and Killington best. Burke and Thunder were pretty rad too though!
MTB Savant Thanks for watching. Mountain Creek is a tough place on both bikes and body, but it's also a good place to build skills quickly. Video production still needs some work, getting there slowly. Love your stuff, you have good content!
David Orshansky Thanks so much for your comment. We are getting to the end of park season but hope to post up some trail footage again very soon. Thanks for watching!
Jim Barcliff Hi Jim. I'm running a GoPro Hero 5 Black on a Karma Grip. Pretty durable, and long battery life, at least for park duty! Thanks for watching!
How cool! Yeah, glad you agree on the trail sequence. Mountain Creek is a tough place to learn to ride downhill - hope you and your son have a great time when you do make it out there!
Allen KV Vidz Thank you Allen! I'm reasonably sure I ran that at Medium FOV. I had just moved up from a Hero 3 to Hero 5 and Karma Grip and thought the Med FOV would help with the sensation of speed. I think it does, but as a trail recon video, viewers want to see as much as possible to build familiarity. I shoot in wide FOV ever since then, so, just about all my on-trail videos this year! Thanks for commenting and watching!!!
Flying Lap Productions Thanks for the comment and you're absolutely right...the beginner trail continues forward whereas in that video I did the optional line onto the ladder which rides through a rock garden on the other side and then rejoins the regular line. You can see me veer to the right in the video. Thanks for pointing that out!
One of the best Creek videos on YT. Good editing, good voice over and good riding. Thanks mate

Great job on describing the trail and how you need to ride it.

Armen, did you post a video or IG of your Yeti SB150 build?
Yes, nice video! Thanks for sharing. I have to get up there next summer
Glad you liked it, I'm already looking forward to next park season!
Great riding 🤙 1st visit in few days, can’t wait.
Hey! Great video! I can tell you as a beginner this was the route I took must often down the hill! Looking forward to returning!

I really miss that rainbow on the upper section of ego trip, they removed it back in 18
damn bro did you use narrow FOV or something, try wide angle it would looks much better. great riding though
