I think that instead of making separate legislature for Ladakh, empower the Autonomous Hill Councils.
Otherwise, there will be conflict between Kargil and Leh.
And create Nubra Valley and Zanskar district.

6 th schedule agar lagu ho jata h to kya apko nahi lagta Ladakh ki development mein kuch negative effect padega ? Also why is it so neccesary to be segregated from entire nation to protect culture ? India is known for its diversity.. Sab milke rehte h . We celebrate and take part in each others festival .As Sir told if government has plans for any travel industry to be set up there then it cannot be done if 6 th schedule comes in power . Agar travel industry develop hogi tab jaake economy boost hogi vaha ki which will indeed boost employment .
