चाय का वक़्त हो या नाश्ते का, समोसा खाना हर वक़्त अच्छा लगता है, मैंने इस वीडियो में समोसा बनाने का परफेक्ट तरीका बताया है आशा करती हु की आपको पसंद आएगी :)
Preparation time - 45 minutes
Serving - 4 to 5
Ingredients:
For dough-
All purpose flour (maida)- 2 cups
Ghee -1 tbsp
Carom seeds (ajwain)- 1/2 tsp
Salt -1/2 tsp
Stuffing:
Boiled potatoes - 4
Garlic cloves - 18 to 20
Green chillies - 3 to 4 (depend on spiciness )
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Green peas -1/4 cup (optional )
Cooking oil to fry the samosa
