That’s lovely journey. My gated F355 is all year in Portugal and comes to UK once a year to do Service & MOT. So I do a similar journey crossing the channel on the Ferry Plymouth to Santander
I had exactly the same issue with the wipers on my F355. Found out that a welding on the circuit-board was cracked. Not possible to see with the naked eye, but coincidentally when I used a multimeter, the relay switched when I put the measuring pin on the welding point. Then I took a macro photo of the weliding, and saw the crack on the photo. Re-welded the point, and-walla! The wiper-motor has worked ever since.
Great video Pete, thanks for sharing. We’re about to head down to Spain (Pyrenees) in my Evora, can't wait. If you might be interested, I run an 'owner stories' series of driving videos, let me know if you might like to feature 👍
@@sportscarstory sounds lovely mate, i have a 355 spyder here in Australia. Recently had to put Tubi headers on it due to one side cracking, but the muffler is original.
Years ago I bought a red 348ts I parked it out the front of the Green Dragon hotel in Hereford and a lady pulled up next to me in a black Testarossa. I said shame it’s black 🤣 She said “ we’ve got two red ones in the barn at home” Haha 😝 Soon shut me up 😊
Taking mine on a 700 mile round trip next month to Monterey California and can’t freaking wait!
I’m jealous of that! Have a great road trip!!!
Great video and very informative for Ferrari owners!
Thanks! It’s our road trip car now!

Bit further than us, but one way at a time. Epic!

That’s brilliant and a relief thanks! I don’t think you can get the module now. I really appreciate the advice.
This is definitely deja vu ! I know l saw this a couple of weeks back !!!!!
Yes we stopped it and released it as we’d left a few bits out.

Thanks! Will do.
nice video, is your exhaust stock?
Thankyou! Yes, standard exhaust and valve.

Yes will go tubi when the exhaust headers fail (they’re so weak, it’s a matter of time!)
@@sportscarstory looking forward to seeing your manual conversion too.
Thanks! Coming soon.
Shame it’s the wrong colour
Well, I’ve had 3 red ones, then a blue one, and finally this silver one. …
& I think you’re right! Subscribe to hear my 355 story - coming soon.
It’s a great colour - adds such an elegance and you just don’t see them around at all.
