Good review.....if you ever manage to visit their Signature Lounge (only available if you're travelling at the Signaure level service on board) that's wjere it's at in terms of lounges, I agree with their "regular" lounges that they're pretty average, not bad and not outstanding.

Yes, AC was a bit slow in that regard. The facemask mandate is currently lifted, but we were just on the back end of it when we flew.
