    Teacher, what an awesome handwriting! Clear and easy explanation. Repeating the word ‘Student’ says too much about his deep motives to not only explain but also to make sure that students understand.

      Thanks Hassan. Finally I found one student who can understand y I m repeating word's n time taking. This is how I teach. Please subscribe to our channel Hassan

    You have not added any video since so long. Please upload more videos on techniques or on other topics as your teaching skills are excellent and made me understand each and every thing.

    Sir your teaching methodology is so much nice and impressive. Your hand writing is also clear. When i watched your vedio my all concepts had been cleared and learned within minutes. Thanks alot sir.

    Extremely good class. Explanation is too good. As he is repeating.. "students .. students"...no chance for any deviation..he is pulling students sooo nicely to his class.grt sir!!!

    Can FRET occur only from the S1->S0 transition in the donor where fluorescence is defined, or can it also occur in an S2->S1 transition as an impulse of heat for example? I suspect not because the wavelength of heat is very long and as such would not excite the acceptor, but please elaborate anyway.

    • @workrockin9231
      @workrockin9231 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's a good question. I'm not an expert on the topic but here's what I think. First regarding heat,l'm sure you know that heat can be produced by any wavelength. Microwave can produce heat and so can Infra red, visible light and X rays. In fact any electromagnetic wave can produce heat regardless of the wavelength.
      As far as FRET is concerned apart from distance the other important factor is spectral overlap of donor and acceptor. What this means is that the wavelength at which donor emits should be the excitation wavelength of the acceptor.
      If you stick to these rules you can engineer FRET systems at any wavelength.
      In your example, as per my understanding, the donor is stuck in an S1 state. How would you confine it in that state? Its natural inclination would be to return to ground.
      But supposing that you can keep it there whatever wavelength it emits from S2 to S1 transition can certainly be use by any acceptor that gets excited at that emission.
