Today we want to show you how to cook Tahchin, that we also call it Basterma polo, that is an Azari name for this food. And there is a little difference between them. In Tahchin, we don’t cook chicken like this, and don’t fill it. Because Lavangi is for Gilan and specially Astara (in iran and Azarbaijan). We also make pickles for having a delicious meal today!🤤
