Aspyn! I'm so sorry you're feeling stressed. It's definitely normal feeling like you have too much on your plate. I think especially when your family don't live close by, it's easy to try so hard to be the perfect wife, sister, daughter, friend, etc, that you end up with putting too much into a day and week. Please take some time off from work if you need it. Even 1 week without any work can be so valuable!
Lol fall where i live in florida is basically non existent. It gets cold in like mid december and lasts like a month or 2 then starts getting hot again🙄
