Hey guys! When picking a standing stone it's meant to be the Thief Stone not the Warrior Stone. That's my bad I accidentally said Warrior and forgot that Archery is actually part of the Thief skill line!
The Unofficial Skyrim Patch does move the Archery skill to the Warrior stone, so you were on the right track! However, you only get XP for the base damage of the bow and arrow you are using, so wearing a full set of Fortify Archery gear and putting points into the Archery skill tree won't make you level faster. The Bound Bow, on the other hand, is a Daedic Bow with Daedric arrows, so it is one of the best bows to use when leveling Archery. Also, if you want to level Archery, don't sneak or poison your bow. These things will increase damage without increasing XP. A super sneaky stealth archer that can one-shot enemies is going to level Archery very slowly! So what you want to do is get a suit of gear that fortifies Conjuration and Healing. Then you can cast the Bound Bow easily and survive being a stand-up archer.
1. Archery is thief stone 2. Putting points into archery hurts you you only level the damage based on the base damage of your bow so sneaking and putting added on damage just makes the leveling process slower you want to be able to hit them as much as you can
I feel like the way to play this or any other game isn't to focus on grinding xp quickly as possible but to enjoy the game how it was meant to be played and progress naturally
The method of finding Bound Bow can be bugged as the book can be missing at Fort Amol alternatively Calcelmo (Markarth), Falion (Morthal), Phinis Gestor (College) can sell them too.
@@--Traveler-- Best way to level up skill trees is on adept difficulty. For warrior skill trees get the weakest of that weapon such as a wooden sword for one handed and once you restore the dark brotherhood sanctuary in dawnstar hit the captives and heal them so you can level up healing and warrior skills at the same time.
you should get the thief stone, not the warrior. Also, how much damage you do doesn't affect how fast you get XP, only the base damage of the bow, so there's no need to enchant anything.
no Archry is warrior because it is combat it shows that it's in the orange section of the skill tree which is combat and also says so in the official Skyrim game guide

I did say in my pinned comment about the stone, I chose the wrong one.
If you use the Unofficial Patch. It makes it so Archery uses the Warrior Stone.
@@TJMW2022 so is archery affected by warrior stone now on vanilla console versions? Or is it still thief stone?

i remember the old steel dagger hack in early skyrim. that one was cool cuz you could craft daedric items by lvl 20

Forging and enchanting have entered the chat
Theres a point in which "natural progression' doesnt rally matter
For first time, yeah of course

Great video, the finals tips helped me
No worries!
Basically play the entire game, get Uber enchanted gear, aetherial crown etc. Then start grinding.
Not exactly. You only need to play up to getting access to High Hrothgar and enchanted gear is optional. It makes it faster but it's not required
Archery does not level faster by damage output it’s by the amount of times you hit something just like one and two handed.
That’s even worse I didn’t know
That….
Makes things even slower

Yeah I pinned my comment explaining to take the Thief stone instead of the Warrior
Archery is thief not warrior
Yeah that's my bad! I just put warrior without thinking since it's a weapon. Thank you for letting me know!

@@musicmaker1961 In the actual game (Without unofficial patch) it's thief stone. With unofficial, it's warrior
why do you sound like Xelzaz
Had to look up who that was. I'm assuming it's the Argonian companion mod you can get in Skyrim? And I'm not sure haha!
Why would you need a guide for one of the easiest skill to level by just playing the game? 😅
Because some people want to level it up as quickly as possible for the perks and to deal more damage with their weapons?
There is always a guide even wiping your ass.
