Thank you for posting this all in one place - there’s so many clunkers in terms of VFX shots in RTD1, but also *so* many examples of when the VFX is so well done it’s practically invisible.
Insanely true, glad I'm not the only one that feels like this. It's surreal to think about how they managed to do so well with their budget back then too!
I swear the gas mask coming out of Dr Constantine would be nowhere near as horrific if it was done today. The 2005 graphics seem to have that uncanny valley feel, whereas today I think it’d look like Venom or something
It’s a shame there aren’t many photos of the TARDIS/Taxi chase from The Runaway Bride, that was a really impressive scene with effects that hold up pretty well even by today’s standards!
Must be a lot of interact with this which isn't there, stare out at a greenscreen and imagine it's something else. It's like the adult version of playing pretend.

I wanted a package of them all together. More to come this week
the Series 1 VFX have this really eerie vibe like they're lost in time

I agree. I have no clue how they made that SO realistic
0:48 - The reader for Cassandra would have been great in the part as well.
2:54 still freaks me out. Thanks for compiling these videos
They were so dang good at making scens whereDT was climbbing a big towers. Also the regerenation!
0:51 Always thought they just put a green cloth on there put the effects and face over it interesting to learn it was all cgi
Would you do that for the other two eras as well please
Arbitur my friend, just you stick around . . .
All the John simm ones for the end of time made me laugh so much
I was wondering if I should cut it down but I think it's funny
Awesome

I agree. I think that is one sequence where you almost don't believe it's not real, but it's so hard to find footage
Wait...
YOU made ALL of This?!
I made none of this. I simply found the footage
@@Phoenix-bi9bn Ahh, I still love it tho! :)

Honestly never thought of that. I just put that logo on all my videos. Apologies for any confusion. It wasn't intended
