I've never used the strings you're using on your ukes, just Oasis and Worth strings. My concert is also made of acacia wood and I like the sounds of the Pepe Romero strings. Thank you for this demo!
I needed to listen to it more than once. My vote goes to the Lanikai. I may be prejudiced because I own the MAS-T although I certainly can't play anywhere as good as you. The Cordoba reminds me of the Lanikai with the original Aquila strings. I will be ordering some Freemont Blackline strings for mine ASAP!
I appreciate the comparison. It is concert vs tenor. It should be noted. They are always going to have different tonalities by virtue of the size.
I liked the sound of both ukes. Personally, I wouldn't choose between them but enjoy the difference.

I prefer the "open " sound of Cordoba
I prefer the Cordoba, but theu are so very close. To my ears the Cordoba was a little richer with slightest more resonance
