This video sums up why Astor is a great neighborhood. I love having easy access to the hospitals, the trail, downtown events, etc. Everything I need is an easy walk or drive from here. Honestly, I picked this neighborhood for the city band concerts, and stayed because of that and the wonderful neighbors I get to see on a daily basis

This neighborhood seems to break out of the 'It's hard to become an insider in Green Bay" mold that you spoke of in your "6 things to know about Green Bay" video. Interesting that this would be a feature of 1 of the town's oldest neighborhoods.
