  • Podcast (audio only): Retired MA State Marshall and OG FKR supporter, Scott McGuinness, gives us a unique perspective of behind-the-scenes shenanigans involved with the KR trial.
Note: The entire 40 mins discusses far deeper issues than current USA election propaganda. Some of the players are also from the opposing side of politics, yet they're all in bed together - so let's leave your personal political feelings out of it. Thank you :)

I was SO disappointed in the info TB uncovered about that juror. I'm more officially scared & understand why it's so scary to go in frt of a jury. I seriously thought common sense was a tad nor common than it apparently is & that some of the jurors had critical thinking skills. Guess not. It's terrible!! They had to take a vote as to ethene they could ask the judge a question??? That's absurd! I'm floored!! Thx so much, Scott, for coming on & taking with everyone. It was very enlightening to hear about the inner workings of the system. It'll be interesting to see how this new Colonel if the MSP handles what he's dealing into!! G' Night, everyone!! I don't want to make this about politics but look at the role Democrat Michelle Obama played in the entire corrupt Obamacare insurance. No way should a presidents wife be allowed to benefit millions by selling insurance to the people and government. There's soo much corruption with that and how they got the vote they needed from Judge Roberts to pass Obamacare. And Pelosi..insider trading. I won't go on but surprised to hear u say one party more than another is against corruption when right now, if the people knew how deep and wide it is on both sides, there would be a civil war

Once the Feds started circling, wasn’t that a clue to Morrissey and Auntie Bev that case law could be the thing that could be their downfall? Is Morrissey that stupid when it came to Procter’s texts? Emily D Baker said that would have tanked a case and she wouldn’t have brought it to trial. And she worked with Alan Jackson in LA. He wasn’t just pointing out how sh***y Procter is, but how bad the DA’s office is. Only Morrissey didn’t get the hint. And he still doesn’t get it with people who are likely guilty getting a Hail Mary now. He’s so gross.

Showing drastic changes in judicial decisions in this case vs Bev’s previous rulings shows breach of eligibility for judicial immunity. Plus, she put herself on the case when she normally would have been rotated out, and refused to recuse herself when the defense asked.
Bev jumped right on or started that runaway train…where does it FULL STOP!?

As a Democrat (more center than left or right), I was surprised to hear that Judge Cannone is a Democrat and a former public defender. I’m not afraid to call out my fellow Democrats when it’s necessary. Morrissey is a disgrace to our party. I am disappointed in Governor Healey. She’s not doing anything but giving lip service to the press. Judge Cannone is not good at hiding her opinions. Her face gives her away every time. Those sighs were so unprofessional. Letting Lally drone on and on for weeks about the snow but snap at the defense for using chalks or getting fired up over a point they need to make for their client.
In Washington State we elect judges. Judges are only appointed if there’s a vacancy. The court of appeals is appointed by the Governor but superior court judges are elected. I think the citizens should be electing our state judges.
We have issues with the Seattle PD right now, the chief recently announced his resignation due to multiple lawsuits against him and his BFF lieutenant for alleged discrimination, sexual harassment, racial discrimination, retaliatory behavior and several other allegations. Former chief Diaz is trying to get hired as chief of police in Austin, TX. Good luck with that now that all of this has come out.
