Having done drain clearance work in my time, it was more related to the smell as much as the moisture, otherwise your van ends up smelling like a catch pit 🤢
You could put a fernco fitting on that access, then a zip drain cup on it, with a 2” hose and ball valve,,, run the jetter hose thru the grommet on zip drain cup,,, Jett all that out with your waste water going wherever you run the 2” hose.... nice and clean

Sewer grease can be reprocessed for bio-fuel soap and other products that are considered " not for human consumption". But there have been documented cases in red China and Taiwan of " gutter oil" being reprocessed and used in food. Reprocessed oil is available in most countries which leads me to some unpleasant thoughts.

Both are good products. GoJo Cherry with pumice is my particular fave. Cleans nearly anything off the skin.
