It is awesome how you go right from one task to another. Day after day. As long as you have been filming, you have been a witness of a never ending man. Looks like the 11th generation has a great example to follow.
Hi I really like how you positioned the camera in the beginning and the cows walked right up to it 😃 could watch them chop corn all day!! 🌽😊 Great video !!
Milk farmers work 10 times harder than crop farmers, I would not like being a diary farmer, this kid is a very hard worker and I hope he makes a lot of money doing what he does!
I smile every time you say you've got something else 'too yet'. I've got a lot of Dutch folk around me in my part of Michigan and you'd fit right in with that!
Makes me appreciate my milk even more, and the Black Cow brand manure I buy for my plant potting mix and my garden. Thank you for your hard work. I know farming period is a hard way to earn an income. Good years in my opinion do not out way the bad years. Always concerned with weather, price of supplies, equipment cost, etc. Farmers of every type have my greatest respect.
I retired in the Philippines and we don't see a lot of cows here. But I remember working a summer on a dairy farm. After that summer you really are an inspiration to all.
Forgot to leave a like, came back watched again and realized I didn't have notifications on turned on lol. Great video as always! Stay safe and be easy.
Hey man, Just found your channel an I been loving the videos!!! Thank you for everything you and your family does! The Lord has his hand over our farmers of America!
After milking cows in the late 1950s I love watching how they do it today. If I had a front end loader back in the day I might have stayed with dairy farming. Ugh...good job. Oh yes, I love the smell of corn silage.
I love how well you treat your cows/heffers most people don’t understand how much work goes into running a farm. Your an inspiration and a model. Keep up the videos hard work and family and god love.
Eric , one thing I have noticed is how gentle and patient you are with the cows. A gentle touch to guide them and get them moving along. I worked on a dairy farm as a young man and we had a person who used to slap the cows on the butt , hard not a gentle tap. When the farmer saw it he went ballistic , I remember him saying these cows know where they are going and what to do , don’t ever be mean to my cows. I’m sure it didn’t hurt the cows but he wanted their quality of life to be good , always treated well. You sir a good steward of your herd. Great to see. Keep the great content coming.
Glad to see at least one dairy farmer with green grass and lots of feed. I’m from darling downs in Australia and it is so dry over here and the dairy farmers are struggling man. Good videos as well
It amazes me that you guys are for the most part self sustaining! You fertilize your crops with the cow manure and then feed them the silage you grow with said manure to make more manure and you guys get a ton of milk in the process! So fascinating to watch
Called the snowball effect. Get some subscribers who have subscribers and the word gets around! Then as it grows, the base gets bigger and your foot-print gets bigger so you grow at a faster rate.
You should a video on your large farm tractors and equipment. Also talk about if you had unlimited buget what equipment you would buy to improve production. 🇺🇸 thank you for showing the world what you do😊👌
Watched your video on corn silage harvest from last week. Great video. Always learn something from your videos. I saw that there were over 670,000 views!!! That’s amazing.
Really fun to watch the big machines do their work. Amazing how our dairy farmers and farmers keep us fed. Thanks for vthe hard work and dedication to your trade.
I really enjoy 10th generation farmer ,but I would like to see more of his family and wife . Evan does great at including all aspects of his family and farm so now it’s your turn Eric
I'm suggesting you start each video with milking, and a prayer. Also I want to meet your family. Maybe a video introducing them! But keep up the great work, love your faith and work ethic!
Wow that’s pretty cool the custom harvesting company shows up with their own silage blower and everything and just hooks up to your silo? Do you guys own any power takeoff driven blowers? Also great video your family farm is so beautiful. Everything is so organized and well set up, right down to the gates and the fence posts that are removable. You can tell you guys work hard to keep everything looking nice!
Can we show film like this, in order for OUR school children to learn a.) how hard farming is!! and b.)to appreciate every thing that the FARMS give America? Thank you! (I grew up on a farm, and know your work is NOT easy.)
Hello Friend! It's great to see your daily life in your work, I'm from Brazil, I'm a strawberry producer, I have my farm too, it's amazing the technology and development that you always seek to bring comfort to animals and a quality product for people! I just have to learn from your videos!
Put side walls on your spreader to max hauling and efficient trips. All good, I loader our ground drive spreader by hand every Saturday; Builds character.
I really look forward to your video's. I enjoy the way you and your dad work so good together. Enjoy this time and build the relationship stronger each day.......
Every time I think my day is getting too long...... I take a couple of minutes and watch one of your videos.........of course farming is way more satisfying. I laugh though because people say to me "well in farming nobody is telling you what to do"...yeah except the weather, the livestock (brings to mind the "late for milking chorus" in 35 part disharmony), the season, the bank account, the breakdowns, oh and in every farming community there is always at least one know it all who is a missionary of sharing their information no matter the quality or the source.....yup nobody telling you what to do lol. Question: does a soda can ever come out with a calf? Inquiring minds want to know. Thanks for sharing your day Eric, you are truly a blessing fro God.
Hi. Just found your channel last week. Great job with the farm...and the videos!! I'm in central bucks county. Kinda near Tanner Bros if you ever heard of that dairy farm. Keep up the good job!
There's a reason you call it bed pack alright, I think they could use sawdust and poooo to make bricks ,looks like your machines handle it okay! Channel is really taking off keep up the good work ! Thanks for the video!
Glad to see a American dairy farmer making it! I absolutely enjoy watching these.
That Pennsylvanian farming to you
Totally agree!! USA!!
What's even better is if you get to help, ive done that once for a freind of ours, i was driving the tractor from the feild to the silage bunk.
Milk farmers work 10 times harder than crop farmers, I would not like being a diary farmer, this kid is a very hard worker and I hope he makes a lot of money doing what he does!
duane aldridge oh you do know how hard crop farming is in Australia at the moment there is a drought so its hard for all of use

After milking cows in the late 1950s I love watching how they do it today. If I had a front end loader back in the day I might have stayed with dairy farming. Ugh...good job. Oh yes, I love the smell of corn silage.
You should keep starting off the videos milking cows
Once again those cow are lucky to have you taking care of them! Great job!
Can we get a Q&A video from you and your dad I think that would be a really good video
A live chat with a sunset would be awesome.
I love how well you treat your cows/heffers most people don’t understand how much work goes into running a farm. Your an inspiration and a model. Keep up the videos hard work and family and god love.

Hard work that not enough people appreciate. Thanks for sharing. Happy Cows!

I enjoy your videos! My barn is being built this week and I am starting a 40 cow dairy here in Canada. Lots of hard work👌🏼
How the heck r u going to make money on only 40 cows?! U mean 400?
@@crazyhass84 No. 40 cows. Up here in Canada the dairy industry is a quota system so we get a guaranteed price.
@@sheldongoossen9771 ahh socialism. How is that working for u? Lol
Thanks for uploading Eric I will enjoy!
He is at 83k now. He was at 67k late August, how?

Do you shoot for a lower moisture on the corn when putting it in the silo, or is it the same as making a pile?
Loved your film, great job. Greetings from North Wales 👍🏴
Watched your video on corn silage harvest from last week. Great video. Always learn something from your videos. I saw that there were over 670,000 views!!! That’s amazing.

Where/how do you get your sawdust? Are they tailings from a nearby manufacturing plant or is it pretty costly?
