Mag controls one of the four fundamental forces of the universe, considered the second strongest one, electromagnetism. In theory she can obliterate anything that has metal in it, including other warframes... She also could, maybe, alter the light around her as well. Where's my Umbra Mag with invisibility DE?
They should change her passive to something more useful, like making enemy bullets have less of a chance to hit her do to a magnetic field that veers round off course or something to do with magnetics.
Something worthy of an honorable mention: Rhino's #4 description reads, "Rhino stomps with force sufficient to disrupt time, tumbling enemies around him in stasis." He literally hits reality with enough force to break it temporarily.
Imagine being able to suck things into a black hole but all you can do is spit them out or chew on them to help others (very wholesome in the lore)/turn into a meatball
As a mention to boost Mag a bit more (while this is mostly cosmetics but it is the default) Mag prime's 4th is described as magnetizing enemy bones and can be shown tearing chunks of gold from the ground, meaning that Mag can magnetically effect things that aren't even inherently magnetic.
Magnetic forces are weird within the science world. There are a lot of magnetic forces and some even can effect something that's not inherently magnetic like wood and rocks.
@@luketyers4026 fun fact atoms are all magnetic the chemicals that are made by them bonding with each Uther makes this effect stronger or weaker case and point iron and carbon iron highly magnetic carbon hardly effected but you get onuf magnetism you rip the carbon atoms apart
Definitely agree with Protea being up there. Hell, may even put her above Nova. Not sure why I thought Harrow would be first. However, thinking about it now, everything that took place quest wise is more attributed to his Operator than the frame itself.
Yeh I was real close to putting protea at the top tbh, and I agree about Harrow, the kinds of real power we see in that quest is the Man in the Wall/Rell
@@SmoughTown Yeah the top two should be swapped IMO. It's "blowing up a cluster of dudes and creating a teleporter" vs. "pulling an enormous amount of matter outside of spacetime and constructing a small universe to hold it" (kinda funny that most people get rid of that ability with the helminth lol)
I disagree. being able to rewind time is something insane, but what can you accomplish with that? avoid death? Yeah, desirable for sure, but there only so much you can optimize your results to the edge of your power limit, wich isn't much if you don't have much power besides that. If you put time travel on Gara's hand, it becomes a lot different than protea's. I see this list and it tends to go for "the most exoctic abilities", but that does not translates well into raw power and utility. And maybe its only possible to do a list like this against one situation, the most powerful frames against sentients may not be the ones who did the most to shred the orokin empire. You could do a tierlist scaling how much power they have to destroy something and go the old planetary, cosmic level and so on. But in this universe and how strong the warframes are, controling the laws of the universe isn't that impressive compared to how many of them don't care if you can control it, they still are strong enough to just go against the tide and stomp whatever is in the other side.
@@MrKoutsuko I think you're missing the implications of Protea's powers from a lore point perspective. She doesn't just rewind time, she alters the flow of time itself (we know this because she created an entire pocket dimension outside the timeline to save Parvos). That is a step beyond rewinding time.
-Nezha farmed on Sedna. Sedna known for Hydron. Hydron is level farm. Coincidence? I think not- Jesus Christ I’m extra stupid for mistaking Nezha for Saryn
*Nova snaps her fingers, obliterating the entire enemy faction from the game. Should this happen enough times, the game will uninstall from all device for the Tenno won the war.*
I feel like Protea was kind of a waste of a time manipulating frame. The ability to manipulate time could create a really interesting kit, but it only comes into play for her 4th with her first 3 being random gadgets. Even then many people choose to replace her 4th. I feel they should've just made her the "engineer" or "tech" frame and saved the time manipulation for a frame that can fully use it.
couldn't agree more. As cool as the time ult is, it just doesn't fit with the theme of her kit. Even if one were to claim that it can still fall under the theme of "engineering" then why isn't the rest of her kit related to it? It's good to have variety but only when they correlate to a certain extent.
Yeah sometimes feel like they come up with a Warframe, but then the quest they come up with has some other niche, and then you get the weird smashed together hybrid of the two, (Revenants odd mashup of being a spooky undead boi and an Eidolon to fit with his acquisition for another instance) And sometimes they just drop random frame in a quest cause lol? Sevagoth the shadow killer there is... the captain of a medical ship, cause logic
Honestly that's something of a problem with several warframes. Instead of focusing on the one theme, and creating a veratile kit all around that, DE tend to make the frames go for multiple concepts, and that is often disappointing. Remember when Wisp was advertised as all about portals? She supposedly opens a portal to summon her reservoirs and opens a portal to the sun for her 4, but otherwise nothing. And the reservoirs thing is veeeery stretched as "portal related". In fact, she is more of a ghost frame - between the floating, the illusion (her 2) the blinding (her 3), teleporting (without portals - also her 3) and her *passive* ability to turn invisible... Also Chroma - he's supposed to be a dragon, but aside from his 1st (which is still terrible) the only dragon-like ability he has is... I guess his 4, but that's more of a dragon-shaped turret. Ironically that makes him more of an "engineer" than Vauban, who is more a trapster kind of frame in his execution...
This was really cool, and something I've occasionally thought about since I'm a Limbo main, and he's one of the most blatantly theoretically powerful, but never really saw anyone else mentioning. If I might add my own opinion, I'd add to this list: Saryn - Can produce a plague that destroys not only biological creatures, but also machinery. This is especially interesting, as it could be inferred that a single Saryn could destroy ANYTHING that she comes across, purely by making it diseased. Nekros - Can ressurect, albeit in an imperfect form, any creature previously killed. His scream can also literally slow people down, making him nigh on impossible to outrun, and a formidable foe the more enemies thrown at him. Nyx - While her 1 is underwhelming in the game, it does show that she can take control of minds. This, with her ability to become literally unkillable, and to cause people around her to become severely disorientated, she could potentially cause the annihilation of an entire planet, merely by confusing them, or enslave a system by making them bend to her will. But yes, that's my two cents. I don't know if these actually outrank your listing (probably not, but hey, it's still cool to think about), but this was a cool video, and thank you for it.
To me, the ability to summon a bubble of energy and at the tap of a button, everything stops moving has to be at the top of the list. You can do the most damage of anything in existence, but being thrust into a dimension where time itself doesn’t move, no amount of pure damage will do anything if time prevents you from using it.
Yes, the beautiful power of hard crowd control. Like Rhino's stomp which suspends enemies in a temporal stasis. Or Frost's avalanche which completely freezes enemies. Can hurt me if you can't hit me, and ya can't hit me if you can't move.
Scientifically, mag is practically one of the most powerful warframes because in technicality she has enough power to destroy the universe and according to physics it the second most powerful force in the universe
@@mathewabraham5004 depends on how much control she has. I have the ability to control milk. I can use this ability to cut the plant to pieces by using the milk to split apart mountains and rock. I can create enough milk to cool down the sun. Depends on the scope of the ability, ya'see?
@@mathewabraham5004 Perhaps the biggest issue with that argument is above all other forces, time is all-binding. No one escapes the grip of time, without it, nothing happens. Sure, magnetism is strong, but unless we want to get into some super advanced Doctorate’s-level science, even magnetism is bound by time. If you control the flow of time, you control all.
Guass master of thermodynamics. Nidus who is by any means a complete mystery of potential. Wukong can cheat death Volt releases so much electricity that the amount of power to achieve it is like a small nuclear warhead. Savagoth is savagoth
I do think one aspect of this conversation which is often overlooked is how some Warframes, if their powers are used in tandem, can be far more devastating than their sum. For example, if Mag and Volt use their powers together, they have full control over the electromagnetic spectrum. Which, theoretically, would grant them power *equal* to Nova.
doesnt volt control electrons meaning he can literally split atoms with enough control creating atomic explosions while moving near lightning speed (based on cinematic)
Yes but no because the term “splitting the atom” refers to nuclear fission. However though Volt is extremely powerful when you think about quantum physics and chemistry.
Electricity isn’t actually electrons moving through let’s say a wire. It’s the electromagnetic force created from the current. Hence electricity travels at the speed of light whilst electrons travel at around 8cm per hour. He wouldn’t have the power to affect them in your understanding. Maybe concentrated beta radiation? But that’s not splitting atoms
I think atlas should have made the list. In the leverian it is said that an asteroid was so big that the orokin had to throw everthing at it: battle crusers, Orgon-rockets, even hords of Dax failde to stop the telamon cults asteroid from coliding with earth. And Atlas just summond rumblers and beat the asteroid to dust...
Thing about antimatter is, you don't get annihilated by just touching one single particle. If you touch one particle, only one particle gets annihilated. But what is more terrifying is the energy this annihilation releases. Only tiniest of amounts annihilation can release energies that rival even hydrogen bombs. That's why antimatter is scary. Not because of annihilation, but because of the annihilation energy. Edit: If anyone asked HOW much energy actually, well, it is pretty simple: E = mc² should be the most accurate.
Hiroshima annilated 7 grams of matter an average human is 70kg so nova annihilate one person and it's an explosion 10000 times the size of Hiroshima Nova was the Warframe I had in mind when I clicked the video
Yeah the science behind Nova makes her abillities in game look comical How is she even creating the antimatter in the first place? E=mc² so she would need metric fuck tons of energy just to produce even a pound of antimatter, let alone enough to coat every enemy within her radius. Also how is she moving the antimatter around without it getting anilated by the air? The air is matter too.
@@ovencake523 My headcannon is, that Void is so fucked up it allows to bypass some laws, but otherwise, I also agree with you. Her portals are also stupid, how does ahe create them in the first place? How does she shape it like a rectangle? How does it remain stable relatively to its surroundings even on maneuvering ship? She is broken in all regards. Yeah, Warframe certainly ain't hard sci-fi...
@@theoutergod8666 because the void is literally infinite energy, it's the thing between realities... Limbo who calls upon the void, gives energy with his 4. So. Opening a rift and sustaing it to teleport somewhere else isn't difficult, providing infinite energy isn't difficult to sustain a worm hole, what is difficult is manifestating the void itself, which galaxy brain Limbo has a hard time maintaining. That's the hard cap.
I know we are talking about the Frames being powerful in Lore But I need to say DE should Buff Wisp's forth ability Because the beam is Literally THE SUN and we all know that the sun Is Hot but that legit just Tickle the enemies to death
@@bulshok i also want to Point out that her Motes needs to be up to Deal Decent damage But the amount of work you need to do and the Energy drain is Bad Not like Excalibur Who can Just Radial Blind and shing shing everybody ded
From what I remember the Orokin were afraid of what alchemy represents and what it could mean for the slave castes, rather than the field within itself
I like how generaly Warframes are designed by DE: - female Warframes Has skills which allows them to use somehow Force in many shapes to bring massive doom on many enemies around. - male Warframes: by skills they can become tough, extremely damage resistance or invurnable and go into more face to face combat with weapons.
Eh, not that straight foward. Limbo, Lavos, Loki, Volt and Caliban are all force manipulator that use their skill to get stuff done. Meanwhile Valkyr, Hildryn, Protea, Khora and Garuda (and to some extend, Zephyr) use their skill to enhance their physical capabilities. There always an exception to the rule.
@@ryanvo6955 that should've been an honorable mention still. Doesn't matter if you can control time, this big boi is so physically powerful that even a single stomp can disrupt time.
Controling time is impressive, but don't acomplish much. And Rhino is a perfect exemple that there are frames so powerful that controling the time doesn't mean nothing, he can just take that away with raw power.
For an empire who likes glittering gold that didn't conquer outside from their solar system yet, they sure know how to make a powerful Warframes than the entire universe of W40k
really puts the sentients full power into perspective. They HAD to make the warframes have planet destructing power, or the sentients wouldn't take any damage. And despite all this it took them seemingly hundreds of years to finally win o_o
@@wonderlandnise the ability to adapt to hazards can be the most powerful ability ever if Amp up to the extreme. In Marvel Comics there is this creature known as The Fury. This creature was so powerful that it was able to fight on even ground against a man who can *warp reality* due to its ability to adapt to any situation really fast. If the sentients can adapt like The Fury even the combine powers of these 5 Warframe may not be enough to stop them
@@MLGHazrad Oh interesting, yeah adaptation is probably THE most powerful ability if you think about it. I mean since it's implied that the sentient didn't fall they just pretended to be defeated so they could play the long game instead, I'd say we won't ever win against them physically. If there's ever gonna be a "good ending" a mutually beneficial agreement between tenno and sentient I feel would be the only way :/
Really nice list! Some of my fave ones are there :D (Nova, Protea and Limbo) - I think Sevagoth could make the list, since he governs over death and souls, while being a wraith himself, never really dieing and gaining new life with the unfortunate souls he consumes. - I'm surprised you missed out Nyx. She is a walking calamity. She is like Prof. X: mind manipulation and control on a mass scale, causing hysteria (1 and 3), telekinesis (2) and her 4 is similar to Mag's power, just in a psychic level. I'd not want to mess with her seriously... - Harrow is also interesting. He is technically playing with void powers, bestowing total immunity, chains anything with its void chains. Arguably his powers are a bit more tame compared to Nova and time bending and the like, however I think grating immortality for a short while is something that makes this list (also, that Inquisitor vibe :D). - Xaku is a void anomaly on legs as well. He can distort reality to corrupt others to serve him (Accuse), make somebody fall into madness with the voices from the Void, turning its suffering onto others (Gaze) or using a pure void beam to evaporate anything in its wake (Deny). Not to mention his 4 in which he takes on an etherial, near incorporeal form, looking like a skeletal void wraith. Which also stops time's advance on the things he conjured into this plane as well. - In a similar vain than Sevagoth, Nekros also deals with the souls of the dead, can rip them back from their slumber to serve him, can also forcibly resuscitate any other Tenno with said borrowed souls. Same ability also rips out the soul of the targets. Also causing mass hysteria and fear on a massive scale is also not something to scoff at ^^ Although he is quite tame compared to the others on the list.
Before watching my predictions: Mag; literally can alter gravity of a planet Grendel; the man can eat literally ANYTHING. He IS a black hole Limbo; man literally just says fuck it and walks between the void and material plain at will
Hey SmoughTown, we met on a Steel Path Incursion last week, if your in-game handle is the same! On-topic, it's just a shame that the most impressive abilities, visually and lore-wise, don't often translate to in-game efficacy. Sol Gate and Temporal Anchor are so freaking cool on every level, but quite underwhelming in practice.
Hey buddy - yeh it must have been me! Thanks for carrying me haha. Yeh I agree and guess that's a limitation of lore vs game - My Protea doesn't even have her anchor anymore!
Chroma is described as the ruler/wielder of the elements. Each of the singular element frames are extremely powerful since they have mastered that element but, Chroma controls them all. He is infinitely weaker in game than his lore version. Control of fire is plasma, ice is control of water and thermodynamics, electricity means electron energy levels which is atomic power, and toxin is effectively control over decay as all poisons are basically a substance that decays a specific other substance.
Think its the same for Gauss... He controls kinetic energy on a molecular level, hence why he has control over both heat and cold. What could you do against powers that can either immobilize everything in your body, effectively freezing you from the inside out instantly, or on the contrary agitate all the component of your body until you spontaneously combust? He is basically the Flash in what his power set allows him to do, minus the time travel... Except he can use these powers on things around him too, not just his own body
@outbreakperfected5704 That's not really relevant or even the same. A better comparison would be Aang the Avatar only in that verse Chroma would've mastered EVERY type of bending past, present, and future.
Protea is truly best waifu. Her kit solely revolves around protecting you. Her turret and slash grenades are for killing all threats while her dispensary is to give you and endless supply of reliable goodies on demand (its probably a storage box where time rewinds to replenish stuff spent). Her shield satellites are for protection if you still get killed, she'll rewind time to revive you. No wander Parvos developed a sister fetish from her.
This was awesome my friend. I have a whole new appreciation for Protea. But as you said these aren't mere space ninjas but God-like entities. And with the Helminth you can combine these powers in one frame like mag and Breach surge etc. Epic video!
In a way, Limbo can only control time in his own dimension, the Rift. And he did have some... issues with this one, and he can't control time in the real world either
@@CorpusVakarian in theory but going by lore no one really knows the extent of his plane. For all we know he could weave and intertwine his reality with ours and be literally god. But hes much to unstable and hard to figure out
And if we look into the frames origin it is said just through simple contact he can turn a living organism into a pile of pulp with little intelligence then bread mold. But we can presume he could most likely turn inorganic material into something else or remove it entirely but this is my speculation so don’t Judge to hard.
Personally I believe lavos should be on this list as he is the alchemist and he transmuted his own master into the twin snakes he now has and still continues to teach lavos so by lore standpoint other frames are stuck with what they got but lavos can still become better from learning from javi
Power wise it doesn't mean much to do that stuff. Technology in the Warframe Universe can endlessly rebuild life from basically nothing. Its what our foundry does when we rebuild lost warframes from blueprints. Even umbra we brought back from just a few fragments.
SmoughTown mentioned that all Warframes can massacre armies, but these ones on the list can practically alter the fabric of space and can even be considered as godly.
It's more about what they can do rather than what they did. Not sure if this will make sense to you, but it's like talking about X-men universe and which mutants are Alpha, and which are Omega. Putting it into perspective, Ash or any of the tanks is somewhat like Wolverine. High kill count. Basically immortal. But then there's Magneto, or Jean. There's strong. And then there's control-over-matter strong.
8:58 Even more than that, they are turned in to pure energy in the form of photons which is why there's a bright flash. There is quite literally nothing left, not even atoms.
The only problem with Nova is that in addition to annihilating her target, the resulting release of energy should annihilate everything near by as well in a reaction far more violent and energetic than a thermonuclear chain reaction
I have an idea for a weird video: Say you are a Grineer/Corpus detective investigating a scene of a common tenno extermination mission. Judging only by the trail of corpses, which warframe will be the most horrifying to meet at it's end? Which warframe will traumatize survivors the most? Which warframe will be the worst to die to? You mentioned you will be terrified to die by Nova, but Nova grants a quick death unlike other warframes and doesn't leave much blood behind her. My personal opinion will be Lavos and I have an explaination for that. But I want to know your take on this before explaining so I won't manipulate your opinion.
I would be scared of Equinox she can mutilate you and if she wanted restore you, that sound like torture to me... and her damage is Slash damage so... lot of blood
@@PZV756 Equinox is second and third place with Saryn for me. Don't know which is more horrifying so they share their spot. My reasoning for Lavos is that Equinox and Saryn are too consistent with their killing. They both leave the same mutilated bodies behind them. This is where our imagination ends. Lavos however does not. I would be scared of someone like Equinox or Saryn for sure, but at least I have an idea how I would die. Lavos is much less predictable. Some bodies are frozen with shards of glass stuck in them both before and after freezing. Some are scorched. Some have a giant violant snake bites. And all of them are dissolving from corrossion. I know I will find a monster at the end of a trail made out of corpses and I could probubly guess how this monster looks like. I can't do that with Lavos. Before anyone brings up Valkyr and Garuda. Valkyr plays with her food but she still kills too fast to torture. Garuda is the literal warframe of blood and gore, but she also kills too fast. Both falls under the "too consistent" category too. I also heard a good argument for Nyx and the kind of trauma she can leave, but it's not gory enough. As a side note, Khora is someone's kink...
I'd say sevagoth or nekros. Both are symbolic for the idea of "death" and "the reaper", so meeting death incarnate or the shadows itself would shit my pants
@@friendlyauthor7435 Seems reasonable, but the question is about the most horrifying warframe based on the crime scene they leave, not the idea behind them. Say you don't know who did it, which warframe will be the scariest now? Nekros in my opinion doesn't leave horrifying corpses. Some regular gun wounds and cuts. Some are cut cleanly in half, but not something unusual for a Grineer detective, especially for a warframe. Sevagoth in a similar boat, the bodies are just clawed to death similar to Valkyr.
Chroma us in top 10 cuz he literally has kinetic and energy absorption power. In a nutshell, the more you hit him the stronger he gets. Which is very hard to kill almost next to immortal. Which in the game even shows how his ability vex armor can stand up toe to toe with lvl 300+ enemies
Besides - Chroma Spectral Scream and Effigy can kill enemies dragged to Limbo' rift dimension without jumping there himself. Also he's easily changes any weapon into source of massive destruction and anihilation.
if you take in the factor of the laws of physics Pauli Exclusion Principle where two objects are not allowed to occupy the same space and time being rewound without effecting the space around the objects a lot of these brake the laws of reality and would cause something completely unknown to reality and connect dimensions to have holes and and massive amounts of destruction from just energy, but these frames do it like its nothing every few seconds and travel between dimensions like walking through a door
Mesa power-wise isn't that strong we have the technology now to make a machine do mesas 4. They have missile defense systems on ships that auto target and fire bullets rapidly in this manner.
When nova opens a wormhole the solar system would turn into a black hole or it will collapse and kill everyone standing close enough with Hawking radiation.
I think Chroma should've been on this list, in his reveal trailer the lotus says "When all the land is in ruins, only chroma will remain" That alone means lorewise he's practically immortal
nice list, to me though Limbo is #1 since if we go by lore, protea is powerful yes but all she did was create a separate reality where time operate differently which limbo can also do( heck isnt it how he died? by miscalculating something while jumping through realities or something like that), but in his lore, it also says limbo manipulate the very plane of existence which means that if he desires something or someone to cease to exist, he can just make it happen, nova would be second since based on scientific research most of out milky way/galaxy/solar system consist of dark matter which she controls, the nekros/sevagoth cuz i mean, cant get more powerful than somebody that literally control death death and souls.(am i the only one thinking that the female frames are more powerful, based on lores)
As someone who plays Limbo often, it makes me salty that he isn't number 2 Because sure Protea made another dimension whit all of her power and manipulates time, but Limbo can stop the time in his dimension and probably can make a greater dimension than any frame ever could
I'll explain it like this, Limbo is the manipulator of another plane of existence, you know, he can stop time that doesn't exist in said realm,Protea on the other hand is on another level being that she fully manipulates time, creating a whole place quantum locked,a time in a bottle, a dimension outside the original timeline, where time can't effect it almost like a paradox. But I do understand why your salty as a fellow limbo main 😭
@@AtomicOwl think is i don't remember Limbo pulling anything cool during his quest And also when Protea saved Parvos it killed her and turned her into a specter Similar thing happened whit Inaros when his chassis broke after he used all of his power to summon a sand storm and erased the Grinier So if we talk for a similar fit like that, Limbo can easily bring his pocket dimension into ours on a masive scale that no one has seen before or a warframe can achieve thats why i see him as being more powerful, now the damage he would receive is definitely unknown Ether he would get damaged like Inaros or become a specter like Protea, also Protea is limited to only reverse time for her own safety and the tenno safety she can't manipulate the movement of enemy's like nova or sevagoth And let's not forget Limbo who has 2 abilities to put enemy's into the rift easily
@@limboprime4008 limbo in game destroyed itself because it couldn't handle its own power. At the end of the quest it says that maybe with the operators help he can
If we scale their ability to omnipotent, Equinox is the embodiment of damage and rejuvenation - Destruction and Creation. This frame is so mysterious that even her lore cannot be explained. IMO Equinox is a literal god lore-wise.
Frost: Cryomancer with the ability to spontaneously generate extreme endothermic reactions "colder and deadlier than space itself." near absolute zero, that's - 455 degrees Fahrenheit, literally allowing him to freeze most matter at the molecular level, and then shatter the completely frozen matter like glass, he can also literally freeze air into a solid orb of ice in seconds, and create a blizzard with wind sheer and temperatures so low they capable of freezing objects near instantly. Zephyr: "With the power to bend air currents", or in scientific terms, purely control differential pressure of gaseous substances, she could potentially create hurricanes, strip an enemy to the bone with pure wind speeds, or crush them with simple wind pressure. Ember: can heat matter to near solar temperatures: "Igneous as the burning sun" and summon burning meteorites from space.
Volt: "power to wield and bend electricity" second only to mag potentially or on equal grounds, the other side of the coin to her powers of the electro-magnetic spectrum. From Calling down lighting bolts "Lightning is extremely hot-a flash can heat the air around it to temperatures five times hotter than the sun’s surface." Also "Positive lightning can stretch across the sky and strike "out of the blue" more than 10 miles from the storm cloud where it was born." Oh and don't forget each bolt can contain up to one billion volts of electricity. Trinity: can literally redirect energy, she is a space vampire that can heal herself and others with life force, restore physical energy, and transfer damage from heat, chemical, radiation, and kinetic energy back to where it came. Virtually immortal Atlas: Geomancer, can potentially cause 10+ magnitude earthquakes, perhaps even country or continent spanning ones by striking shatter points and fault lines in solid matter, given the fact "The faults within the asteroid became vivid to him...Atlas, alone, struck the final, resonant chord...A tremor forked through the rock until, all at once, the great asteroid exploded" Scientist estimate it would take energy equivalent to about 200 gigatons of TNT to fully disrupt an asteroid with a 20-kilometer diameter, let alone blow it up. Gara: can control a form of crystalline matter that is both fluid and solid, strong enough to have "When the Sentient was done razing (plural) referring to an army of self replicating, adaptive machines, it was Gara...shattering the Sentient. She literally defeated an entire army of giant near instantly adapting war machines. Mirage: manipulates the spectrum of light, can make hard light constructs, lasers, "photokinetic displays" she is also a "A master of illusion" Its not specified if this only applies to visible wavelengths, or if she can control infrared, ultraviolet, xray, or even gamma radiation. Nekros: can manipulate life energy, "manipulator of souls." he can give this energy a physical form, potentially reviving even long disintegrated enemies into flesh, and can redirect damage to them, so also essentially immortal. Nidus: the perfected combination of technology and biology in a "Epitome of the endlessly evolving Infestation, Nidus bends the vile corruption to his will, mutates his genetic potency to adapt and assimilates his victims with an insatiable parasitic hunger" So basically the flood in the body of Master Chief. Nyx: both a telepath and a telekinetic, she can control minds, cause psychic chaos, and even redirect solid matter like bullets, while here description doesn't do her justice, without having to conform to in game mechanics she could potentially be like Jean Grey. Rhino: "Rhino is the heaviest Warframe" and given how broken his Charge/Iron Skin combo can be in game if minimaxed correctly he could potentially reach densities far exceeding tungsten, uranium, or even dwarf star material, making him virtually invulnerable to conventional damage, and given the fact he can still move, potentially turn him to a Warframe version of the Juggernaut.
The tenno are extremely powerful. Especially with subsume and wispers of umbra. Wisp is probably the most powerful if you subsume banish onto her because she can banish whoever they are fighting to limbos dimension and retreat to her own.
Fun facy: is official that all prime warframes are non canon except for excalibur prime and umbra, all warframes looks like the non primed versions for lore records
I'm a lil surprised Gara isn't up there, I mean she effectively 1 shot the original eidolon. The one with mere fragments of itself being bigger than most other bosses
Sevagoth got lore in his quest, he didn't need a leverian entry, plus just because one frame hasnt got one since Lavos, doesn't mean they have given up on it.
I'd say some of the most lore powerful frames are: Atlas: in terms of physical strength, he has no match. He's supposed to have one shot a world ending asteroid. Hydroid: having a pocket dimension full of a seemingly endless black ocean that's roamed by unknown sea horrors you can manipulate at will is really fucking scary. Only makes his current state in the game sadder... Nova: yeah antimatter is wild. Grendel: a black hole with legs, what else need I say. Revenant: originally just a warframe, although one that could consistently stalemate an eidolon by himself. Today he is a hybrid of warframe and eidolon, a sentient. The two most powerful beings in the origin system share a single body. That, to me, makes him deserving of first place. Also honorable mentions: nezha, wukong, loki, etc. This frames are inspired by massively powerful mythological figures, as such I feel as though it wouldn't be fair to compare with some of the more original warframes. That being said, lore accurate wukong would be easily able to solo the entire warframe roster (yes, including nezha) alongside all other factions
And with Atlas being a “Titan of Stone and Lord Of The earthly Elements” he can pretty much destroy a planet by controlling the crust and mantle etc if said planet. The mantle is made of molten rock. So he can easily control that.
Lavos before visiting leverian: Damn, you so cool, these snakes... Lavos after visiting leverian: Please, my lord, forgive me, don't transform me in Forma
I mean I would believe Grendel is one of the most powerful given that he can eat sentients. You know... the big bad of the warframe universe hellbent on taking control of the origin system and Grendel is just... "yummies"
While I'm not sure he beats these five what about rhino in honorable mentions? Cononically so dense that he can disrupt localized time by stomping. While it's not explained well in game and is just kinda handwaved my theory is that he has a localized antigravity field that allows him to function normally with space around him. But that with effort he can escape from that field for brief moments. Explaining both his stomp and passive a little. Which would mean normally rhino is dense enough that he has his own gravitational pull without magic.
Awww no Rhino? The one that took on armies without a scratch, the juggernauts of the Tenno Love the video tho, and due to Rhino having Iron Skin and Mag having Magnetism... Yeahhhh, I can see him being susceptible to magnetism, but he has a stomp that literally stops time in an area through sheer might, and also the fact that Iron Skin scales with damage intake making you that much tankier I just love my strong boi okay XP
Dude the warframes in this list can literally bend time, space, and reality. that iron skin and angry stomping won’t do anything if these frames send them into another reality/plain/universe lol
@@unknownuser4604 Well, Iron Skin kinda scales with damage received in the three seconds so with stronger physical enemies, Rhino can tank pretty well and have enough time to get energy for another cast, though anything internal I can assume would bypass the iron skin such as Saryn's spores or uhhh well Mag's Magnetism using the Iron Skin against him
She didn't take down an Eidolon, an Eidolon is just a fragment of a Sentient, she single handedly protected Cetus against an entire Sentient and then defeated it
I may be late here, but coming from a physicist: Ignoring most physical laws or the fact that Nova would annihilate herself almost instantly: Nova wouldn't just atomise you, she would erase you. Anti-matter is made out of (basically) negative atoms. You wouldn't be turned into dust, you would be completely erased, together with a huge bit of whatever you are standing on, due to the resulting energy/explosion. She wouldn't even have to face you in battle, she could just erase the general direction you're in, or the whole planet you're standing on really. Wisp would also not only expel enough heat to instantly fry everything around her, but the gravitational pull of her 4th ability would rip everything apart and force it into the portal, all while being burned to ash. Mag, depending on her ability to control electromagnetism (yes, it is the same) could just rip your atoms apart, I don't think that I have to tell you what can happen when splitting an atom. The fact that the Orokin didn't just make these eldritch horrors, but decided to let children control them only adds to the insanity
@@kingatlanofatlantis3075 stomping so hard that you stop time doesn't count for it? Also technically he can bend gravity since he weights as much as the sun. He can make black holes if he lets out his gravity manipulation
Y'all are ignoring the most menacing Warframes Xaku. He has the powers of well the Void and is made of multiple different fragments of other Warframes. Im not sure but in theory should he be able to replicate all the other Warframes powers
There's a sublayer here too which was explored in comic books with the chracter Iceman. If you take the abilities the frames use... and then apply science to how that would be "possible". Many of them will have a much greated potential IE : Atlas can create and transmute matter at will. Which means he can actually manipulate at a molecular/atomic level. He uses it to make rocks and hit people with them, but hypothetically could just turn the wall of a Corprus ship into sand or something.

Pretty much anyone with time control is OP
I disagree. being able to rewind time is something insane, but what can you accomplish with that? avoid death?

It's good to have variety but only when they correlate to a certain extent.
should've made one of her abilities a multi-use go go gadget and the rest cool time manipulation
Petition for Protea rework with actual time-based abillities
Yeah sometimes feel like they come up with a Warframe, but then the quest they come up with has some other niche, and then you get the weird smashed together hybrid of the two, (Revenants odd mashup of being a spooky undead boi and an Eidolon to fit with his acquisition for another instance)
And sometimes they just drop random frame in a quest cause lol?
Should definitely do this video on a bigger scale top ten ? Fifteen? All of them?

@@SmoughTown it could be with tiers of power and inside those tiers Top of most powerful

This was really cool, and something I've occasionally thought about since I'm a Limbo main, and he's one of the most blatantly theoretically powerful, but never really saw anyone else mentioning. If I might add my own opinion, I'd add to this list:
Saryn - Can produce a plague that destroys not only biological creatures, but also machinery.
I may as well be the new nekros
To me, the ability to summon a bubble of energy and at the tap of a button, everything stops moving has to be at the top of the list. You can do the most damage of anything in existence, but being thrust into a dimension where time itself doesn’t move, no amount of pure damage will do anything if time prevents you from using it.
Yes, the beautiful power of hard crowd control. Like Rhino's stomp which suspends enemies in a temporal stasis. Or Frost's avalanche which completely freezes enemies. Can hurt me if you can't hit me, and ya can't hit me if you can't move.

Really nice list! Some of my fave ones are there :D (Nova, Protea and Limbo)
- I think Sevagoth could make the list, since he governs over death and souls, while being a wraith himself, never really dieing and gaining new life with the unfortunate souls he consumes.

The only problem with Nova is that in addition to annihilating her target, the resulting release of energy should annihilate everything near by as well in a reaction far more violent and energetic than a thermonuclear chain reaction
Next could you do some videos about the origins of the main factions?
Great idea. I’m working on a grineer video atm but were you thinking about syndicates?
@@SmoughTown Yes, especially the Quills and Vox. Or my boys, The Red Veil.
Not New Loka though, the only cool eco terrorist is Captain Planet.
I have an idea for a weird video:
Say you are a Grineer/Corpus detective investigating a scene of a common tenno extermination mission.
@@PZV756
Equinox is second and third place with Saryn for me.
@@FrostedMike I mean rhino once canonically. Committed mass. Genocide on a corpus ship and wore theirr guts so..
I was kinda expecting Nidus to be somewhere in here tbh, his lore is crazy
I feel like Lavos should be here he literally had the power to touch someone and turn him into goop/a snake but atleast you mentioned him :D
Mesa ingame: DPS and Tanky machine

"an opponent who can control time would probably be the most dangerous enemy ever" is protea dio?
I just realized...
Nova and Wisp probably should've swap their 3s
I see Protea on the thumbnail, I click like. 🤘
As a protea main I approve this message
When nova opens a wormhole the solar system would turn into a black hole or it will collapse and kill everyone standing close enough with Hawking radiation.
I love protea. See definitely one of my favorite frames.
I love her too and she is quite fun to play tbh
Also Grendel is a *frickin black hole that can eat planets and sentients*
I think Chroma should've been on this list, in his reveal trailer the lotus says "When all the land is in ruins, only chroma will remain"
That alone means lorewise he's practically immortal
He is a perpetual
Grendel the "eater of world's and everything else" man I'm kinda disappointed to not see him here's
Given the last year and a half, it's pretty easy to see how Saryn could wipe out the entire solar system...
nice list, to me though Limbo is #1 since if we go by lore, protea is powerful yes but all she did was create a separate reality where time operate differently which limbo can also do( heck isnt it how he died? by miscalculating something while jumping through realities or something like that), but in his lore, it also says limbo manipulate the very plane of existence which means that if he desires something or someone to cease to exist, he can just make it happen, nova would be second since based on scientific research most of out milky way/galaxy/solar system consist of dark matter which she controls, the nekros/sevagoth cuz i mean, cant get more powerful than somebody that literally control death death and souls.(am i the only one thinking that the female frames are more powerful, based on lores)
The only female you mentioned is nova... but if you develop your taught maybe...
As someone who plays Limbo often, it makes me salty that he isn't number 2
Because sure Protea made another dimension whit all of her power and manipulates time, but Limbo can stop the time in his dimension and probably can make a greater dimension than any frame ever could
I'll explain it like this, Limbo is the manipulator of another plane of existence, you know, he can stop time that doesn't exist in said realm,Protea on the other hand is on another level being that she fully manipulates time, creating a whole place quantum locked,a time in a bottle, a dimension outside the original timeline, where time can't effect it almost like a paradox. But I do understand why your salty as a fellow limbo main 😭
@@AtomicOwl think is i don't remember Limbo pulling anything cool during his quest
And also when Protea saved Parvos it killed her and turned her into a specter
Similar thing happened whit Inaros when his chassis broke after he used all of his power to summon a sand storm and erased the Grinier
So if we talk for a similar fit like that, Limbo can easily bring his pocket dimension into ours on a masive scale that no one has seen before or a warframe can achieve thats why i see him as being more powerful, now the damage he would receive is definitely unknown
Ether he would get damaged like Inaros or become a specter like Protea, also Protea is limited to only reverse time for her own safety and the tenno safety she can't manipulate the movement of enemy's like nova or sevagoth
And let's not forget Limbo who has 2 abilities to put enemy's into the rift easily
@@limboprime4008 in lore Limbo did do something spectacular, dummy op with dimensional travel and he kept going through time and distortions
@@AtomicOwl can you remind me? Cuz i forgot about it

I love Atlas's lore. Dude One Punched an asteroid in his lore.
If we scale their ability to omnipotent, Equinox is the embodiment of damage and rejuvenation - Destruction and Creation. This frame is so mysterious that even her lore cannot be explained. IMO Equinox is a literal god lore-wise.
Protea mains RISE
Virtually immortal
Atlas: Geomancer, can potentially cause 10+ magnitude earthquakes, perhaps even country or continent spanning ones by striking shatter points and fault lines in solid matter, given the fact "The faults within the asteroid became vivid to him...Atlas, alone, struck the final, resonant chord...A tremor forked through the rock until, all at once, the great asteroid exploded" Scientist estimate it would take energy equivalent to about 200 gigatons of TNT to fully disrupt an asteroid with a 20-kilometer diameter, let alone blow it up.
Cool vídeo man! Keep it up, subbed
Awesome! Support means alot!
Baruuk and Revenant should definitely make this list over mag and wisp
I'm a lil surprised Gara isn't up there, I mean she effectively 1 shot the original eidolon. The one with mere fragments of itself being bigger than most other bosses
We need more laverian but it seems like since we're getting prex cards elsewhere now, DE gave up on the laverian.
Sevagoth got lore in his quest, he didn't need a leverian entry, plus just because one frame hasnt got one since Lavos, doesn't mean they have given up on it.
Wouldn't Volt fit?
Remember the trailer?, where he basically was moving so damn fucking fast that it looked like it was time stopped.
Man Nekros should have been number one. He controls Death
I'd say some of the most lore powerful frames are:
Atlas: in terms of physical strength, he has no match.
So he can easily control that.
id say lavos is up there too, in his levirian its shown that he can manipulate life itself
He transformed people in snakes and blobs of chemicals so i agree with you
Lavos before visiting leverian: Damn, you so cool, these snakes...
Lavos after visiting leverian: Please, my lord, forgive me, don't transform me in Forma

so we not gonna talk about how rhino can stomp so hard that he can slow time??
surprised rhino isn't here, his 4 is similar to protea, he hits the ground so hard it locals stops time
temporarily breaking times flow and being able to advance or rewind it are two vastly different things.
yup, he just don't care who is controling, he just breaks it with pure might. He can't rewind but neither could anyone in his presence.
I mean I would believe Grendel is one of the most powerful given that he can eat sentients. You know... the big bad of the warframe universe hellbent on taking control of the origin system and Grendel is just... "yummies"
Speaking of time, the flavour text for Rhino's 4 is that he stomps the ground so hard that he fractures/slows time which is pretty bonkers
It could be cool to se a warframe tournament were warframes fight 1v1 and see who would win lore or physic wice
Grendel wins, he just eats everyone lmao
While I'm not sure he beats these five what about rhino in honorable mentions? Cononically so dense that he can disrupt localized time by stomping. While it's not explained well in game and is just kinda handwaved my theory is that he has a localized antigravity field that allows him to function normally with space around him. But that with effort he can escape from that field for brief moments. Explaining both his stomp and passive a little. Which would mean normally rhino is dense enough that he has his own gravitational pull without magic.
im kinda sad that grendel isnt here, or nidus
According to wukongs original lore he is a complete and utter god. This is not all shown in the game but is in a story called journey to the west.
Awww no Rhino? The one that took on armies without a scratch, the juggernauts of the Tenno
Love the video tho, and due to Rhino having Iron Skin and Mag having Magnetism... Yeahhhh, I can see him being susceptible to magnetism, but he has a stomp that literally stops time in an area through sheer might, and also the fact that Iron Skin scales with damage intake making you that much tankier
I just love my strong boi okay XP
Dude the warframes in this list can literally bend time, space, and reality. that iron skin and angry stomping won’t do anything if these frames send them into another reality/plain/universe lol
@@javierfotine5803 Eh fair enough, you right
Kitty will rip rino to pieces
@@unknownuser4604 Well, Iron Skin kinda scales with damage received in the three seconds so with stronger physical enemies, Rhino can tank pretty well and have enough time to get energy for another cast, though anything internal I can assume would bypass the iron skin such as Saryn's spores or uhhh well Mag's Magnetism using the Iron Skin against him
was a bit surprised that Gara wasn't on there since in her questline she was taking out Eidelons solo
She didn't take down an Eidolon, an Eidolon is just a fragment of a Sentient, she single handedly protected Cetus against an entire Sentient and then defeated it

I may be late here, but coming from a physicist:
Ignoring most physical laws or the fact that Nova would annihilate herself almost instantly: Nova wouldn't just atomise you, she would erase you.
What about rhino stomping the ground so hard time stops and slows down and also the fact that his iron skin in lore will never run out
The frames in this video can bend time, space and reality. Rhino has nothing on that.
And Rhino can stomp on that and take that with raw power. Doesn't matter who has control on that, he still make it stop.
@@kingatlanofatlantis3075 stomping so hard that you stop time doesn't count for it? Also technically he can bend gravity since he weights as much as the sun. He can make black holes if he lets out his gravity manipulation

And grendel "just kidding" man's got a literal black hole In his belly what did he do to deseve this :(
There's a sublayer here too which was explored in comic books with the chracter Iceman. If you take the abilities the frames use... and then apply science to how that would be "possible". Many of them will have a much greated potential
IE : Atlas can create and transmute matter at will. Which means he can actually manipulate at a molecular/atomic level. He uses it to make rocks and hit people with them, but hypothetically could just turn the wall of a Corprus ship into sand or something.
Fun fact, atlas destroyed a meteor in one punch
I dont care what everyone else thinks, playing the meta is not fun and uncreative. Make new builds people. Theres a shitload of mods and other little things to create all sorts of builds. Find them yourself
Problem with protea, doing what she did is what killed her and only left a specter. So she has clear limits.
What's the actual lore behind Inaros? I remember him being extremely powerful during his quest but everyone seems to lowball him for some reason.
