Great show, guys. I found a few interesting things regarding Richard Gaikowski in the spring and summer of 1963. A South Dakota newspaper article in July, 1963, said Richard was stepping down from his PR job at the Farmer's Union to go to graduate school in Berkeley. However, Richard is no longer quoted in any of the local papers after commenting on a wheat referendum around mid-April, 1963. I corresponded with the person who replaced Gaikowski at the PR position, and was told he and Richard never actually crossed paths at the Farmer's Union. It's therefore conceivable that Richard was in California in late April or early May of 1963. Ned, also kudos on mentioning my "33" door find that I sent you a while back.

The sla postmark brings up a suspicion I have which is the zodiac worked for the post office or in a mailroom where he would have acces to postal date stamps. I think the photocopy of the keys from eureka really mean that he worked at that post office at one time. Who keeps the duplicate key on the same ring?😎
Talking about who knew who, I remember reading something in the past that Cecelia Shepard and Cheri Jo Bates were friends in college or high school. Is this a fact or are we not clear for sure? That would be a crazy coincidence if its the case.

If you want to do just a straight interview where I address issues about those three or just talk about the case in general, let me know. I see where you’ve now done multiple videos with Jeramy Berthiaume and would be happy to do something similar or even discuss the case with him if you want to do a 3-way. Let me know.

Ned, have you heard of the 3X muderer from the 30's? I just watched a video on that case and there's a ton of parallels with Z. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Z read about 3X and was influenced.
