Yo slap, when you are tunning your car, there is 3 buttons under the car stats, one lets you change the gear ratios and other lets you set launch control and how much boost you want from the turbo. Helps really a lot the launch control and all you need to do is hold the clutch, accelerate and release the clutch. :D

btw always bold the acceleration pedal on the right when up shifting to get the lovely bossy and always use the R35 I tried the new car that came out which cost 12k (ain't that much) and it didn't work when I downshift in the start line it will just glitch back to first gear
