Thanks for sharing! When the VG-99 came out, I got an FC-300 for Christmas. ... And NEVER got the VG-99 Facepalm. I'm looking for one again... Thanks for the details!! PS Great guitar work! All the best, Michael
Thank you so much! I just received a vg99 from a friend and was looking for some basic idea of what I could do with it. My chin is dusty from my jaw hitting the floor. I’m so excited to dive in. I think I need to take a week off work and lock myself in the music shed
Wow, I’ve been trawling you tube for years looking for interesting, artistic & informative vg99 videos. I can’t believe I’ve never come across you before. Brilliant stuff man. Subbed, please keep going.
Thanks for the kind words. I’ve been diving deeper with the VG-99, GP-10 and SY-1000 lately so there will be some videos to follow when I have time to make them :)
G’day. No, I’m not a software developer, unfortunately. This video features an iOS app called AUM, extremely useful and highly recommended. You might be able to find some info on iOS audio-MIDI app development on the Audiobus forum. At least, that’s where I’d start looking 😊
Off the top of my head: familiarity, form factor, class-compliant audio, certain HRM synth-type instruments, XLR outputs, FC-300 integration...I'm sure there are more things if I drill down. I do enjoy the SY-1000 (I assume that's the SY that you're talking about) but the VG-99 still excites me.

Thanks! Get into it and have some fun. I’ve been making a video during the last 24 hours on using the VG-99 with macOS 11 Big Sur...stay tuned...

The VG99 Fender amp sims are incredible
They’re quite good considering their vintage but I think there are better third-party options out there these days.
@@Vaultnaemsae I dunno man, maybe, but the sparkle and chime out of it... it even makes me feel like the real thing

Thanks a lot bro. You vídeo was extremely helpful.
Happy to help :)
Interesting interface. Do you write iOS custom software? Assuming not, are you able to refer me to someone who does? (subscribed Aussie)

What do you like about this over the sy
