Here I show you not only how to cut open rocks and geodes, but also what you should use to cut and polish them. All the rocks shown here were found around Utah. If you are a serious rockhound, into rockhounding or are just a casual collector I have some good information for you in this video.

Funny how ordinary these rocks can look on the outside, but cut them open and they look incredible.

I was going to tell you. your raw geode use a bright light, like your cell phone light. place it on it and light up the seams. little geodes work best. really cool effect
