Sincerely thank you Ian. I cannot find the most suitable way to express my gratitude to you. By viewing your course, I feel much more confident in preparing for my coming PhD program!❤
I have a new XML file from disputes resolved but somehow Endnote doesn't want to import it. Any ideas why? It doesn't have an error message - the XML just doesn't appear in the new folder I created called texts for data extraction.
Is anyone else finding that the saved Endnote XML files from screenatron are causing my Outlook to crash when I try to email them to the Dispute resolve screener?
I didn't use the email methods. I just download it and upload it. XML is used for lots of things, so it maybe that your computer is trying to do something else with it.

I have found the solution. Endnote likes to import XML from downloads folders and not from other folders.
Thanks for the helpful update. I find EndNote the buggiest software I've ever used.
