This is the first video that I have seen giving an in dept review of Penhaligon’s. Thank you so much for sharing this info and your input of them! I discovered Penhaligon’s last December 2021 (while looking for a new ‘scent’ in my soon to be fragrance collection). I’m still going through the samples I bought and I’m loving all of them and your review gave me an idea of what the other fragrances that aren’t in sample boxes. I am never turning back as well. So after buying that women’s discovery you gave away in this video at Heathrow, I loved them very much and went all out, got the two discovery sets (scent library set and portraits scent) then added Cornubia, Vaara and Iris Prima. They didn’t work with my skin chemistry at all ( I even tried Changing Constance a number of times since I know you love that and figured I would too but it becomes a skin scent real quick. Was surprised because I have purchased samples and even blind bought most of your recommendations and I loved them! I guess this is a miss for me. However....Halfeti is still my number one from the women’s discovery set I first bought in April. Absolutely beautiful!!! Artemisia is great, wish it would last though and then Luna, Empressa, Dutchess Rose and Elizabethan Rose. A friend is traveling via London and already made request to buy for me Halfeti at Heathrow Duty Free. If it’s not a bother, which other one would you recommend from the four I mentioned? Loving your content, please keep them coming :)

Hey lovely! I'm very partial to Constance so I would suggest it but Clara is also stunning, you can't go wrong with either! There is a difference between Halfeti and Cedar personal preference is Cedar because it is a little sweeter and smokier❤️

I have seen all your penhaligon’s perfumes videos... It was my birthday on the 2nd of January after working hard to treat my self then things happend couldn’t get it😫😞 but hope next time love it. One day me and my mother we was passing by the store there was a lady outside giving little cloths which smelled amazing we went in the shop they told us the perfum cost £188 we was in shock but it was Mr Sam it smelled amazing and I was in love it would be a dream to even own many or even one like you and to be near like your collection 😍😍😍😍😍🌹🌹🌹

Can you tell me if your Portrait collection boxes are magnetic? The ones that I bought from the Penhaligon's website 3 years ago are, but the ones I bought from Jomashop are not, so I think they're fake.
@@FromAbiWithLove Can you do a video showing the magnetism of the boxes? I can pick it up from the top with the bottle in it, and the entire box lifts up. The ones from Jomashop, only the top comes up and leaves the bottle and the base behind. They have to be fake. I can put Helen on the left and Constance on the right, and I can move the constance box, and Helen follows along.

"Penhaligon's Regrettably, we do not provide authentication services; our role is limited to ensuring the quality of products acquired at Penhaligon's main store. Therefore, I suggest reaching out to the third-party vendor from whom you purchased the fragrance." Do your bottles all have white text on the bottoms? The bases of the boxes from Jomashop are taller. I became skeptical when I looked at the bottom of the Yasmine bottle, and the text was barely visible. Fortunately, I bought Eau The Audacity from the website.
@@deannas1515I was just at the Covent Garden store earlier in March and bought two of the Portraits line. Boxes were NOT magnetic. So perhaps this is something the brand changed for cost reasons.

I do love penhaligon very much. Unfortunately most of their portrait series is not worth the price. In terms of projection& longevity. Probably, only Sohan and Yasmine are the better one out there. The rest, you can get cheaper or other brand out there.
That's fair enough and I totally respect your opinion. Fragrances do perform differently on people depending on their skin chemistry. I have to agree Sohan is a powerful scent and Lord George also

I have seen all your penhaligon’s perfumes videos... It was my birthday on the 2nd of January after working hard to treat my self then things happend couldn’t get it😫😞 but hope next time love it. One day me and my mother we was passing by the store there was a lady outside giving little cloths which smelled amazing we went in the shop they told us the perfum cost £188 we was in shock but it was Mr Sam it smelled amazing and I was in love it would be a dream to even own many or even one like you and to be near like your collection 😍😍😍😍😍🌹🌹🌹

Can you tell me if your Portrait collection boxes are magnetic? The ones that I bought from the Penhaligon's website 3 years ago are, but the ones I bought from Jomashop are not, so I think they're fake.
Mine are also magnetic
@@FromAbiWithLove Can you do a video showing the magnetism of the boxes? I can pick it up from the top with the bottle in it, and the entire box lifts up. The ones from Jomashop, only the top comes up and leaves the bottle and the base behind. They have to be fake. I can put Helen on the left and Constance on the right, and I can move the constance box, and Helen follows along.
@deannas1515 I don't have my bottle boxes anymore 😕 but if the perfume has a batch code you can send it to Penhaligon's Customer Services for authentication

Therefore, I suggest reaching out to the third-party vendor from whom you purchased the fragrance." Do your bottles all have white text on the bottoms? The bases of the boxes from Jomashop are taller. I became skeptical when I looked at the bottom of the Yasmine bottle, and the text was barely visible. Fortunately, I bought Eau The Audacity from the website.
@@deannas1515I was just at the Covent Garden store earlier in March and bought two of the Portraits line. Boxes were NOT magnetic. So perhaps this is something the brand changed for cost reasons.

I do love penhaligon very much. Unfortunately most of their portrait series is not worth the price. In terms of projection& longevity. Probably, only Sohan and Yasmine are the better one out there. The rest, you can get cheaper or other brand out there.
That's fair enough and I totally respect your opinion. Fragrances do perform differently on people depending on their skin chemistry. I have to agree Sohan is a powerful scent and Lord George also
