Just played this, and well, there are clearly some bugs here and there, but it's still very good. Since Starlo is less tanky than Ceroba, the 60-70 damage output from Clover actually makes the fight fair. I love the new attacks, like with the trains, and the combination of bells and bullets, I feel like the horseshoe attack could use some work but still very good, and that final attack nearly got me, overall great fangame, way more fair and enticing than genocide ceroba. Would love to see this be improved upon in the future.

yeah, but I was thinking about using this mechanic to replace the max HP cap. What does Seroba use

I have an idea. You start with 30 or 60 INV (or invincibility frames) and when you get hit by his gun, he decreases them by 1-3. This could probably have a reason like you being blinded by a shot. He deals like 2 or 3 damage, so he isn’t that much of a problem when starting, but when you got hit by the gun more, he deals more damage than sans (I get sans only deals 1 damage but it’s per frame so he deals like 30 per second), enough to kill you in like 2 seconds, probably less if you stand in the middle of a bullet. Also like sans, the bullets don’t disappear. Y’know what, genocide could be fixed if we could kill martlet in snowdin (getting an alternate neutral ending for aborted genocide), and made it so Ceroba got one shot and Starlo attacks you with ridiculous attacks for like two seconds before running away. It could be like martlet mails the blue juice to him in her dying moments if she dies offscreen, and Starlo uses it and becomes final boss.
