5 impossible goals, every day, for 5 years. Brainstorm in some other paper every day, at the start. Get it down to 5 amazing goals, and write the goals down as if they are already achieved. Use it as a dream journal. Then use your imagination to manifest your goals. Get to where you don’t need these things in order to be happy. Increase your gratitude and your appreciation. Then maybe once you have inner happiness, these manifestations will come to you. Without allot of hard work on your part. What’s impossible anyway? Everything is possible. I haven’t done this yet In a 5 year journal. It’s only an idea. I have heard the paper tends to bleed more this year…I don’t know if that’s true. I tend to lose track of the goals I have worked on in the past. This seems like a nice way to keep 5 of them in one place. Every day. Then see which ones you manifested later in the future. I often forget the goals I set, even when I get them. I’m often onto the next project. The world is already yours.
Thank you. I love the idea of adding news. I have just 2 paper journals in my life, both of them 5-year journals. One is for memory keeping, and the second is my health journal. The health journal helps me a lot. I found very interesting patterns over a couple of years 😁. Usually, I write down my steps, menstrual cycle, weight, mood, what makes me happy, skincare routine, blood tests, and questions for my doctor.
The news bit is a good tip. My entries about covid from early 2020 are definitely a wild ride. I only have 2 months left in my five year Leuchtturm journal now and perhaps I'll start another one in june. You inspired me!
Thanks for this information 😊. I opened this practice one year ago. First year wasn’t productive)). But at the end of this year my remarks have become more regular. Be honest often It’s not enough for me 6 lines to describe what happened during the day
Seems like your days are very eventful! 😊 Unfortunately, I gave up on this journal and turned it into a memory keeping junk journal. I wish I could be more consistent
Nice video!! So many ideas !! Thank you so much! I have a spare undated 5year journal, maybe using it for eg haiku or poetry I write would be fun!! ❤ Another idea is to use it as...a planner ! It's odly fun to look back and see your daily tasks from years before, even your grocery list.. it really captures the feel of that era haha Midori also offers a kind of journal that is only a year but it shares the 5-year concept of comparison. In each spread, you have the same day but in every month of the year !! So the first day of every month is in the first spread, then the second day of every month is on the next spread etc. So instead of comparing the same day of each year, you can compare the same day of each month of one year ! So cool! But no idea how to use it !
Do you have multiple 5 year journals? I’d considered doing this at the beginning of the year but I believe the thought of starting 3 multi-year journals overwhelmed me and I didn’t want to journal anything. The idea of it was unappealing.
I only have one. I used to have 5 different planners and journals and I felt exactly the same - overwhelmed. Whenever I want to buy a new journal I just keep reminding myself that journaling is supposed to be fun, not overwhelming🙂
Wow! I've been searching for such video for several weeks after buying a 5-year journal. Thank you soooo much!!
Thank you! I am glad you have found it helpful.
Great, thank you! ❤
