    Yeah, I couldn't believe that not one person from the board or the victim's family brought up the fact that he said that when he woke up the victim was standing over him with a knife, and that it was basically self-defense. Which sounds ridiculous already, but then when you hear that he stabbed the victim almost 70 times, stole his wallet, money, and vehicle, so that he could go on a shopping crime spree with hookers and strippers, then you really don't believe the self-defense angle. I also agree that when Mrs. wise runs the hearings, she doesn't ever really get into the Nitty Gritty of the crimes that they committed. It definitely should be brought up that he stabbed this poor guy 70 times and stole from him. I'm just dumbfounded that nobody called him out on the whole lying about it being self-defense.

    He stabbed the victim 48× , stole his car and credit card. He is lying about the victim standing over him with a knife. If the victim was a nice guy that helped him out so much, why would he stand over the perpetrator with a knife? Makes no sense. Because it's a lie.

    Ms Wise needs to take it to the house. She is jubilant at the most in opportune times. It has to be baffling to the victims families & those in law enforcement. Maybe she needs to prepare her questions before hand. She definitely needs to adjust her demeanor, if for nothing else, out of respect for the process. She needs to let Ms. Jackson mentor her on the interview process and not take the lead until she has worked to become more straightforward.

    Whenever Ms. Wise has a case I know its going to be a waste of time. She doesn't get any facts just taking their lies for truth. She brings insult to injury on the victims by not conducting a thorough or honest interview. Mr. Roche and Ms. Jackson should akways have lead! If the others were half as competent maybe then we would see justice .

I hear that hes a lovely polite man, saying all the right thing, I hear that he woke up, got a fright and stabbed his friend in that moment and escaped because he was frightened and Im thinking, he has been in there for a long time, I think he has paid for that, and I think he will get parole. Thank God it wasnt up to me in that moment because with all the information its 40 times he stabbed his friend! OMG.

    Mrs. Wise with her sugary attitude is too much when dealing with convicts who've committed horrible crimes. I am sick to death of people bashing Ms. Pearl for not treating the inmate like trash. What would that accomplish other than getting the inmate upset and shutting the interview down. She is a former parole officer and ex-military so she bloody knows what she is doing and she doesn't have to be rude and disrespectful to get to the point of the matter. FFS the board is not there to bash and make the inmate feel bad they are there to see if the inmate is rehabilitating themselves and keeping them talking shows their character and Ms. Pearl knows when she needs to be tough and when she doesn't. At least she has a criminal justice background unlike several other board members.

    I think the board doesn’t push defendant’s for details when they already admitted the facts. All the board members know the outline of offense.
    When defendants have never admitted to their actions, the board tends to push more which is right.

    I don’t agree with the way Miss White’s style of her type of Interview either. She nods in agreement with other offenders being interviews with other people interviewing the offenders, agreeing with the offenders. She also nods and smiles over such meaningless accomplishments, ie: taking one sex offender class, not three, fishing a DV class, getting a GED, yet, ❤she doesn’t get into the facts of the crime and his or her denial, confession, remorse, which class helped him the most and why, and in this case, why didn’t she even ask if he had taken sex offender classes. In this case, I do feel at the next Parole hearing, he may get out, he is remorseful, this is the only time I have heard an inmate say, “I will always be in meetings or working to stay sober”.

    Did he confess to another prisoner, & then LE followed up & matched his fingerprint? Kind of sounds like it.

    I didn't like the sentence the opposition said" you can choose to do drugs you can choose to walk away" that's not true at all...its a choice to try drugs once or 2 times but it's no longer a choice and it's a disease that you never get cured from, you can be in remission so to speak and are one use away from full-blown active addiction again and that will be hanging over your head will the day you return to the Earth...if it was as simple as just making the choice to "was away" bc most all addicts would walk away if they could wo question...and also when you become addicted to opioids due to a injury or something that a doctor who writes them for whatever reason and if it's a injury that is long time to heal from, and you become addicted to them, that isn't a choice you made a few time, it's given to you to relieve pain and then you don't realize it until you become so freaking sick you want to die..that's not a conscious choose you chose.

      It's definitely a hard choice IMO. Sometimes you do really have to fight for sobriety. That is how ppl recover. It's a daily or hour to hour decision.

    The first guy, had the best interview (saying right things) I’ve seen in a while. He committed a crime that should never have happened.
    Michelle (victim’s family) gave a heartfelt well spoken impact statement. The family seems to have huge hearts.

    I was thinking something along them lines of him hiding his preference only because he said he was picked up as a hitchhiker and the man would pay for his stuff no matter where he was in the country.. And he did that to that guy 😢

    So I think he said "it" because I got the feeling that he's gay & didn't want that to come up. As for his confessing, I think the guilt became overwhelming & in order to be able to deal with it, he confessed. It's the only thing that makes sense, to me anyways.

    Please stop harassing Ms Wise! None of the board members inquired about his crime! Ms wise has her style and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t but she at least is consistent with her compassion towards the victims! I believe they already had their minds made up as to his early release so the need to delve deep would’ve served very little purpose! READ the writings of Niccolo Machiavelli and you would realize most of the leaders of the world, politicians and corporations subscribe to his beliefs in some way shape or form! Just the way of the world!

    Why is "Mandoo" so worried about people finding out what state he lives in and anything about his real name, and over passionate about certain type of cases, makes me wonder what's really going on behind the scenes at mr "mandoo" home and why is this Richard putting in all the work for research but we never see him?? Mandoo Mando o Mando o we will find out about you mandoo

    To the "looking so young" part. I thought maybe 40-ish. There is a type of Cirrhosis of the liver that affects the aging process. It is common among people with diabetes. about 99% of this will make males look older & women look younger. I have this condition myself. I will be 50 in Feb. but people would thing I'm in my late 20's to early 30's. For example: My ex-boyfriend was about 18 months younger than me & when we would go out, people would seriously think I was his daughter.😂

    • @BruceLee-fd7uw
      @BruceLee-fd7uw 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Nope, never met a diabetic who looked younger, nor an alcoholic. The opposite is true if anything
      I'm in Ireland so I know a lot of alcoholics, who told you that?

    • @marilyneckert5730
      @marilyneckert5730 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's the heroin that keeps them younger, also Metformin for diabetes is supposed to do the same thing

    • @BruceLee-fd7uw
      @BruceLee-fd7uw 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @marilyneckert5730 Neither one of those makes you look younger sweetheart, and drugs for diabetes make you look older not younger, as the face caves in after weight loss....I never seen a heroin addict looking younger, I don't know where you get these tall tales from
