Info on Winnfield prison when he said it was a violent environment. I was housed there from 1999 thru 2003. It was pretty wild then however I spent my entire time there in education/trades and prison outreach volunteering despite of my environment. I will say that since the introduction of Fentanyl and other drugs that can make ppl hallucinate then those housed around other violent and drug addicted prisoners can be taxing.

Even speaking as an rn whose worked in maximum security I'd like to say i couldn't even begin to have the chops to do this specialist nurse clinician's job. I am not worthy and bow before her. She is a most intelligent, compassionate and very professional person, and very economical with her words, the first sign of true wisdom and highly reliable intellect. Even though at first i worried that she might have erred on the side of compassion... (me knowing precisely nothing about her patient's history!) she said it all in one statement. That the challenges presented by both the patient and his family may disqualify him from such a facility as Villa. Then i realised - this brilliant lady has a corps of young nurses under her who still have to work with this nasty piece of work, and his uncivilised family members, so of course she needs to maintain a degree of tact and diplomacy whilst in his presence. Im reminded of my beautiful Dad telling me the same thing over and over again. She was on the same page as the board before the hearing began, i feel. Thanks again for a fine video, our Mandoo.

That guy doesn't want to except responsibility for anything he's done, it's always somebody else's fault, he's an innocent bystander. Dudes so self involved he can't even admit to his bad temper and the abuse he dishes out to people trying to help him, dude doesn't deserve parole just for that. Stop treating him like he's a child and can't help himself, he will always be someone's problem until he decides to show appreciation for people trying to help him. Well done Mr Burns.

That nurse heard the bus coming and wheeled him out infront of it 😂 him and the family would be a challenge 😅 I feel bad for her though.. she wants him gone.. and the family gonna be biblical problems after this hearing 🫡 I salute her bravery!!
ABSOLUTELY 💯
I was laid in a bed for more than six months after breaking eighteen bones and that never caused me to mistreat anyone. Period! His situation is his problem and his rudeness is a result of his character, not because he’s bedridden.
I thought Jim was about to call him an SOB
The mom of the first inmate, her facial expression never changed. He really didn’t take any accountability, seems most blame the people they hang out with. The nurse probably wanted him released to assisted living, to get him away from her & staff. But yeah, the irony. Now he’s paralyzed.
Her face the entire video gives off anger!
@@MzSheridanThankYou absolutely
He was one of the wrong crowd. All his cohorts will say the same thing!
I never understood that. 10/10 people involved in a bad deed cannot use the excuse of wrong crowd.
He IS the bad crowd he speaks of.
The only SPECIAL medical 1 on 1 care that the guy in the 1st case can get is if THEY (his family) do it themselves... and even THEY will become exhausted 😩. Jail nor healthcare facilities in ANY STATE 🙄 do not have the resources to provide 1 on 1 care to ANY PERSONS. I am a healthcare provider and this is the TRUTH whether its admitted or not. Yep, sadly karma has spoken here in this case.
Mr. Marabella played no games with the man convicted of manslaughter, I wish he would’ve had Mr.Roche there with him to assist to give this unaccountable, bedridden individual the reality check he truly needs. 🤷🏽♀️🤣
God bless the parole board. God bless the people that run our prisons, the police, DA’s , Judges as well as the law abiding citizens they protect. True evil lurks in our society.
Their victims didn't get time with their families, those criminals shouldn't get time with their families.
You're just as heartless as the criminals.
What a nasty
piece of work he is.He deserves everything he has.
God Works in Mysterious Ways.
Thank you Mandoo.
❤❤❤❤❤
Mandoo!!! The shade 😭😭😭 “I bet he would like a #4” lol I’m crying I love the subtleness.
🙏
This case has reassured me that THERE IS A GOD! The Karmic wheels are Real
U have to get gypsy roses parole hearing
😂NGL that would be 1 I'd like to see, the case was one that stuck with especially learning she ran with her birth certificate and even then couldn't get help.
Yes, but was it in Missouri?
@@1shaymocha my bad I don't know why I thought Louisiana. You're right
@@clark2491you were probably thinking La bc that’s where she came after release
@@amyh9949 yeah for sure.
Ms. Pearl just smiling and nodding lol
I don't feel bad for him at all. Things came full circle for him. Karma at its finest!
Prayers to the Victims Brother❤🙏❤
Nope, do you're time! Blessings to the families 😢
The look on Pearl's face when that man's mic was on in the drive-thru 🤭🤣
💭Oh he just in the drive-thru, yes yes he is 🧏🏿♀️
She need to retire
The look and crossing off the arms of his “Mother” speaks VOLUMES in the Speech from the Victims Brother. 😡😡😡
I can't see them paroleing anyone who has antisocial personality disorder that is a definite deny
Sounds like the guy was a menace his whole life.
Let me tell you those mean azz people from prison are pure hell on the staff. Never let him go!
I agree
The Grandfather needs to pick up another Book… and that is Paralyzation, Weight, prior Health, etc.. when dealing with Bed Sores and Infections… Even people who PAY for personal Nurses, healthcare and everyday living… will STILL develop Bed Sores and Infections….
Sounds like he’s we’re here belongs
Prison is not just for rehabilitation. Its also for *punishment* , and theres nothing wrong with that. You can be rehabilitated and punished at the same time.
1st I won’t be able to watch the live or participate. I’ll be driving but I will be listening. Hope everyone has a good evening. I’m about to leave New Jersey going back to Virginia, lgood day.
That mother grandfather look like they have anger in their hearts. No wonder this guy turned out to be violent easily get triggered incite bad choices I
Soooo he got his ass whipped just Like Martin Lawrence did on his show! 🤣🤣 The same knots and bruises on his head!!!
Thanks for sharing
🙏
I am so happy that the victim's family was present so that we could refocus our attention on the person he victimized. I also wish they would keep religion, the most manipulated subject EVER, out of these parole hearings.
Best parole hearing hands down!
He is nothing but excuses! Please keep him in jail
KARMA IS REAL.
Somebody just ordered a whole meal during the hearing 😂🤣
Mr Burns gave powerful testimony.
MANDOO You are Spot On!! I was trying to be sympathetic and empathetic but couldn’t after watching his parol hearing and listening to his disgusting manner he took the life of that man in the wheelchair and his caretaker. His care is much kinder and better than he treated his victims. What do they say about Karma
This is one of those times I 100% agree.
Thanks Mandoo!
