I managed to dodge every single spoiler except for the twist with Sumi, and even then that was unclear. When I finally finished the third semester, it hit me like a freight train.
Before this, P4 used to be my favorite, but Royal might’ve beaten it out purely through the third semester alone.
I managed to avoid spoilers from when 5 came out to 2 weeks ago when I played through 5r.
This is also having joined when p4g came to steam, as well as having played P3, and I got spoiled early on pancakes due to a mobile game.

I really wish Akechi got more moments where he was able to sort of act as Joker's lancer, he doesn't really do it in Sae's palace and the final palace is all too brief.

Kasumi is a great character for anyone who has been missing FemC.

I love how this song has a call back to Life Will Change. Seeing that song normally plays the day you go to change a palace owners heart. But when this song plays it’s in the same situation but you are facing someone from reality who has the power of a god, and you are hell bent on keeping the reality that the character and us all know and love, regardless of how cruel it maybe. Seriously this song is amazing, great job on the cover!
Rocco The Rayquaza actually at the beginning it plays part of life will change, some other people hear River in a Desert, colors fly high, and wake up get up get out there
Edit:essentially it’s basically a flashback to all of the thieves work but in music form.
@@Sam-tx5py it uses those themes as leitmotifs. So there's a ton of references to the prior events that lead to the final confrontation with [spoiler]. But yeah, life will change is about changing the world for the better whereas I believe is about having faith in the reality that was and believing it to be the best option despite its flaws.

I always took it as sort of a continuation and a response. It’s a continuation to something like Life Will Change because the Thieves have done exactly that. Life did change, and became the new reality. Now they have to fight to go back to the normal, with only their beliefs held close to their chest to guide them.
It’s also a response to Throw Your Mask Away, a song which is basically begging you to let go of what you believe in. Let this reality wash you over, so you don’t have to suffer anymore. But, as we all know, that’s wrong. You have to proceed with on with all the pains life gives you, earning your future through your beliefs.
Honestly, it’s a great message. Way better than Yaldabaoth’s “Hey, letting someone dominate your every action through overwhelming force isn’t something you should take lying down.” This one’s coming from a genuine desire to help everyone, and make life better, but it’s still wrong. It’s still something that needs to be stood up against.

I've for some reason refused to listened to this. Now this gives me so many tingly memories of how climactic running up those certain stairs were.
Don't even need to see it to know that's it's good, you got sapphire covering a persona song which is an instant banger.
Not just "a" Persona song, but probably my favorite song in the series, and there's a lot of great ones across all the games.
Just finished and platinum trophied P5R and it’s an absolute masterpiece. P5 was already my most favorite game, but P5R blew it out of the park. The third semester is now my most favorite part of the game. I’m so glad I got to be a part of the generation that has such a blessed game.
Also, Sapphire has the best Persona covers, hands-down! Her voice is absolutely perfect for these songs! Keep up the great work!

I'm close to platinum and I agree. The third semester was an absolute masterpiece. Despite a few complaints that I have, it is my new favorite game.
Platinum it on my first playthrough.
I felt the opposite honestly. 3rd semester was really boring. There was nothing left to do except Yoshizawa's confidant really. I ended up spending almost every day just going to the gym.
Maruki was a sympathetic villain and all, sure, but his arc felt like an epilogue. I mean, it essentially was. It lacked the buildup and bombastic closure of the original ending, so it felt like a dud by comparison.
I was left so bored by the end of 3rd semester that if I ever play P5 again, I'll certainly opt for the vanilla version.

This is honestly my favorite soundtrack off of the entire persona 5 soundtracks collections. The music is so heavy yet inspiring, the lyrics are so linear yet motivating. Thank you for covering this song. It's amazing and it makes my day. 😌

I wasn't expecting "Life Will Change" to be replaced for the final palace so when I heard this drop I was surprised.
And then I was instantly in love with this song. Hearing this for the first time is easily one of my favorite moments in Persona 5 Royal.

I didn’t think I could like this song more. WHY IS EVERY SONG THIS CHICK TOUCHES GOLD?!
Just Platinum'd Royal today and this has been stuck in my head all day. (And Throw Your Mask Away) The leitmotifs and callbacks to Wake up Get up and Life Will Change makes this track fit so well after everything the characters have gone through to get to that point. I could go on and on about the the tempo of the ending and how the tracks played just enhance the message being driven home but I'm positive many out there have already done so.
As for the cover itself, such a beautiful voice that really captured the emotions I felt leading up the the last fight. I recently discovered Sapphire's stuff while looking for covers of Persona songs to try and explain to my friends why I love it so much and why the music is as much part of the story as everything else in the games.
In short I want to thank Sapphire for allowing me to feel the same rush of emotions I felt during the game any time I want with these uploads
