Why not start cooperations like foodsharing instead of dumpstering? That way the supermarkets, etc. would actually see how much they throw out and reduce food waste. And it would be way more hygenic and safer to consume. Or take it to the politicians to enforce laws that reduce food waste and make sure supermarkets sell food that over the best before date?
