[TAS] SRB2 SUGOI - Sonic Any% -

(This is a tool-assisted speedrun.)
Originally part of 2k subscribers special, but I got really lazy and haven't completed the other SUGOI TASes (also named SUBARASHII and KIMOKAWAIII), I'm releasing the first part. Perhaps I'll finish the other ones in the future. Since all SUGOI mods haven't been ported to 2.2 as of making this run, I ran it on 2.1.25 version of SRB2.
The only part I couldn't manage to optimize and got worse time than RTA runs was the final boss, I have no idea what happened but despite hitting the boss on best possible frames I could I still got worse time, maybe bad RNG but I decided to go with it anyways.

There is, in fact, an emblem radar in the base game.
I forgot the emblem requirement, but you should be able to find how many you need in the extras tab

Make sure you're playing on version 2.1 and not the 2.2 build
