I just stumbled across your channel. As an almost 66 year old man I came from the generation before the internet and the various media platforms, before Stonewall. Before pride parades. Before being able to be oneself. I am envious that you both can share your story and your lives in such an open and honest way. I’m from a generation of deep closets, fear of being arrested. Fear of government in my bedroom. Fear of being fired or denied housing. I know in the world there are still many unsafe places but watching you celebrate your lives gives me some satisfaction that my life and standing up for myself and my friends and risking our lives was worthwhile. Watching the happiness is seriously wonderful.
I have that Walt Disney print. It used to hang in my New York apartment over my desk. I bought it from a Hollywood nostalgia shop in San Francisco about 1987. I still have it, but don't have a place to hang it currently.
Lovely home! My favorite part was Minnie. 😊❤️ She's so adorable! But, I do love your photo of Walt, too. When I went on a tour of the Walt Disney Studios (Archives and Walt's office), we were told how they researched the location of that photo and finally determined it was taken at his home on Woking Way in LA. I thought that was pretty neat. It fits your home wonderfully. Thank you for sharing your home with us. 😊
