    KABULI CHANA AND KOFTA BIRYANI WRITTEN RECIPE :
    Ingredients :
    Chicken mince ½ kg
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Green chilies 4
    Black pepper 1 tsp
    Allspice 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Onion chopped ½ cup
    Coriander leaves ½ cup
    Almonds grinded 2 tbsp
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Bread slice soaked in milk 1
    Yogurt 2 tbsp
    METHOD :
    Put all the ingredients together in the chopper and grind into a smooth paste then make into small koftas, keep aside.
    Ingredients for Masala :
    Oil ¾ cup
    Brown onion grind ½ cup
    Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
    Tomato boiled skin removed and blended 2
    Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
    Salt 1 ½ tsp
    Turmeric ¼ tsp
    Black pepper 1 tsp
    Allspice 1 tsp
    Boiled chickpeas 1 ½ cup
    Boiled sela rice ½ kg
    Mint leaves ½ bunch
    METHOD FOR MASALA :
    Heat oil, add chopped onion till light golden, or add brown onion with ginger garlic paste, fry, add blended tomatoes, salt, black pepper, chili powder and fry well, when oil comes on top, add boiled chanay along with koftas, cook till done. Lastly add ½ bunch mint leaves and 4 tbsp cream.
    TO ASSEMBLE BIRYANI :
    In your pan, add ½ cup water ¼ cup oil, half quantity of boiled rice, top with kofta masala, remaining leftover rice, top with yellow color dissolved in milk, leave it on dum for 15 mins, and serve with raita and salad.
    PARMESAN FRIED CHOPS WRITTEN RECIPE :
    Ingredients for marinate:
    Mutton chops 750 gm
    Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
    Hung curd ¼ cup
    Oil 3 tbsp
    Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Dark soy sauce 2 tbsp
    Ingredients for Coating :
    Eggs beaten 2
    Ingredient for Crumb coating :
    Bread crumbs 1 cup
    Panko crumbs ¾ cup
    Salt ½ tsp
    Garlic powder ½ tsp
    Oregano ½ tsp
    Dried parsley ½ tsp
    Black pepper ½ tsp
    METHOD :
    Marinate chops with marination and leave it for 1 hour. Pressure cook chops in 1 cup water for 20 mins till tender. Now mix together things for crumb coating, dip each chop in egg, then coat very well with the crumbs coating, shallow fry, serve with fries.
