Cool fish! But that is not a sambo! That is an Australian salmon!!
Very nice fishing bosku 🎣🎣👍👍👍👍
👍
.2g casting weight? Really? What's the lightest jighead you've ever casted with it?
1/32 oz. Around 0.8 grams the lightest. If the water is calm and the water depth less than 1m. the lighter the better. More natural.
@@indosydneyfishing yea the reason I asked is because I throw some 1/64oz 1g jigheads on one of my rods. It's very rare to see rods with that rating.
Another outstanding video mate. Great to see the big fish on light gear, even if that monster didn’t quite get ashore.
Thanks mate for the encouragement and i am glad you enjoy the video
Xesta 8'3 distance scape
98 grams in weight.
5-20 gram cast,p
PE up to around 1
Great rod for shore casting for flatheads.
My favourite
Great work, what wharf is that at please 😀
Did you let the lure sink to the bottom?
Nice action video i like use a 8ft Majorcraft rod ultralight with a 2000 reel & pe 0.8 but i find 8lb leader is ok ,but hooks have to be very sharp & slighty big cause most big fish will shake the hook out or bust you off .......
I use soft plastic there with hook size 1#, up to salmon i think still hooked very well
Very nice
Good fight man🤙🏿
