- Due to the insane request of Charmed fans, here i present to you a tour of my Charmed collection and a surprise GIVEAWAY. I tried to warn people that doing this would result in a long-ass video lol but ya'll said "we still want it" so here it is. I managed to cut down 4 hours of recording, so i did my best. First, holy crap! I love your collection!!! Second, isn’t it crazy that Charmed fans will buy literally ANYTHING Charmed related and freaking CBS won’t do a reunion!?! Im crazy about Charmed too, so many people judge me on it but it brings me back to a happier time. I will forever cherish Charmed. 🖤
Hahaha thank you and you are so right! We're not very hard to please. I think for years before talks of reunions and movies all we wanted were DVDs with special features on each season and the bloopers on them. CBS is still holding them hostage.

Those Charmed binders are NICE. I remember making my own Charmed binder during Season 4 - sorry I'm commenting as I watch: I feel the same way about the comics. I made my own family tree too, not as professional as yours though. My brother took french, maybe he could translate the game lol. I had those Kindle versions in a wish list, and the paperback was set to come out in March, but now it says 2050.... I hope that's a typo.
Obsessed with this video, totally entering the giveaway! I have the Box of Shadow items and a few Charmed magazine issues in my collection. I LOVE your Charmed Book Of Shadows box set so so so much! Outside of that, I loved the collectible cards and the Charmed alarm clock. Wild that they made clothes! I had no idea they made so much merch! Gonna have to start googling for my own collection!
I've seen a few Book of Shadows DVD sets available on eBay. Ebay has never failed me on my quest for Charmed merch lol so i recommend starting there. Good Luck in the giveaway! :D

Now that is an impressive collection hunny. I wanna start collecting those trading cards I think they are so cool. Back in the day I had a couple of packs on the conversations ones. I find it funny how the australian DVD's came in different packaging. The UK ones of the individual sets came in a different type of case with all the dvd's in it. Kinda like a book but plastic. I have the magazine ones and the ultimate boxset but my one doesn't have the stickers on it that yours does and the edges on mine are rough as well.

As someone who’s getting into the series is there any version of Season 8 on DVD that includes the original opening theme? I want to start the marathon soon and not ready for the jarring theme transition from season 7 to 8. Amazing collection btw.
Thank you. Some countries or streaming sites MAY have changed it. But due to budget cuts the studio was not legally able to use How Soon Is Now for season 8 because they couldn't afford the licence. So there are some places that put the original theme over it even though legally they weren't allowed to. I personally dig the season 8 theme.

1.The book (Halliwell Book of Shadows) was created by Melinda Warren, do you know how long time it took for her to write it?
2. The manuscript of Book of Shadows, do you know how long time it took to write it?
The book (in the show) claims to be written in 1693 but this is an error. As Melinda Warren (born 1970) died in 1692. Melinda created it and continued to add to it up until her death, so like i said, she never stopped writing in it. Every new spell she created she added, every evil she encountered she added to the book, and same with every generation, even the Charmed Ones added pages to the book. So like i said, the book never stopped being written.

I think you're confusing the fictional show with reality. Melinda is a fictional character, not based on anyone real. The Wiccan practices depicted in the show were inspired by real Wiccan practices, but given a fantasy spin. Wicca is real, Wiccans uses Books of Shadows, which are more these days a witches journal. The Wicca and Book of Shadows depicted in fhe show are works of fiction, just inspired by the real stuff.

Like i said before. It was made by the props department for the show and they would paint and make new pages for every episode based on the script they were sent.
I never truly watched charmed the time when it was on the air but Christmas of 2021 my two aunts got me the newest charmed box set it's the DVD one that you featured in your video that reminds me was season 2 missing from your set because mine's was I had to repurchase season 2 I was so disappointed but luckily I got all my charmed episodes in tact I believe the American version had some discs missing by the way what an awesome charmed collection you have that must have cost a Fortune by the way I just wanted to let you know I subscribed to your channel I love everything there is about charmed 🔮

How long did it take to write: The Book of Shadows, often just referred simply as the Book, or the Halliwell Book of Shadows,?
Do you mean how long to make the prop or the history of the book in terms of the show? Though both answers are technically the same. In the show the book was created in 1693 and each generation of Warren witches adds to it, so the book continues to grow & never stops. Same thing in real life. 3 props were made, the main one obviously made in 1998 and as the show went on and they were writing in supernatural characters the prop department would create new pages based on the latest script they were given. So technically the book was growing and being written in ever episode.

@@user-lv4ov5rp6d speaking as a former wiccan, all witches have their own personal Book of Shadows or Book of Mirrors. Charmed didn't steal anything, it based it in a real Wiccan practice, even having the show say "every witch has their own book of shadows" which is true, it's personal to that witch or coven. Charmed didn't copy anything, just used a common practice, as many things used in the first few seasons was a representation of real Wicca. Gardener didn't technically event the term book of shadows either, he meerly coined it, while the concept itself predates him, while different forms of witchcraft around the world don't use that term and have other names for the same principle.

My collection is small but I love it. I have the first book and comic, one necklease from the 20th anniversary. The last CD and I blouse 🥰 because is my favorite serie.
