    Hi, thanks for informations, do you know if they sell different magnets to make me use in different guitars without remove magnet each time?

    • @tater7363

      Yes they do. I purchased a second "X Brace" online ( eBay, Amazon, etc. ) for my 12 string acoustic about 1 year ago for around $30.00.

    I usually use an O-port in the sound hole of my guitar. I just removed it for install. Any thoughts on using or not using it with the ToneWood? Thanks! Great Vid!

    What are your feelings about using velcro on the Tonewood rather than the internal magnet ? I usually play ukuleles. I have different sizes and I know that the magnet will fit in a tenor and larger, but I usually play a concert size and I would like to use the amp on multiple instruments.

    • @shanttt
      @shanttt 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      hopefully tonewood replies but I don't see any issue with this, but just keep in mind the way you set up the velcro it may or may not be hard to remove it later from both the TWA and your instrument,
      I think that's why they went with magnets for the product because it can leave both the amp and the instrument virtually untouched if you don't wanna use TWA anymore

    In the Anderton demo video you mention you have only one Tomewood amp but many guitars, and imply moving it from one guitar to another is easy. In this video it appears the magnetic brace probably dhouldn't be moved. Can you purchase additional X braces?

    Disclaimer is nessecary because some diabetic patients who have a sensor on their belly for measuring glucoses the magnetic can give a problem in the glucose vallues and so change their insuline needs. That Also incudes pacemaker patients and other patients with medical tech stuff in or on their body.

  • @Biggerbyte

    So, the device has to come off the guitar to fit in the case..The pads on the bottom have suction cups. Said suction cups surely will break down at some point. What then?

    • @ToneWoodAmpMagic
      @ToneWoodAmpMagic  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Biggerbyte, the ToneWoodAmp doesn't actually use suction cups for it's primary fixing. It uses 4 small magnets on the x brace that is fixed inside the guitar itself. These magnets are what the ToneWoodAmp then attaches to. This means you can remove the ToneWoodAmp as many times as you like!
      There are two rubbery pads on the ToneWoodAmp we call liners, these are here to act as additional support to the x-brace but also protect the back of the guitar to ensure the ToneWoodAmp never leaves a mark. These pads can wear out with age. But they can be cleaned or simply replaced for a very low cost
      We hope this helps to answer your questions. If you have anything else you would like to ask. Feel free to email us on support@tonewoodamp.com. We'd be happy to help.

    • @Biggerbyte

      @@ToneWoodAmpMagic That is interesting. The company told me there are microscopic suction pads that over time will need to be replaced as said function cups break down from use. Even the replacement pads have the words "microscopic suction" written on the description. The point I was making, is that when these replacement pads stop being available...

    • @yeetmaster8132

      It’s because it sends the vibrations through the back of the guitar to send it through the sound hole. If you put it on the front it either wouldn’t work, or wouldn’t sound how it is supposed to
