@@KJStarboy In terms of mAh you don't need to have the same, your original battery can have 5000mah while the external can have 10000mah. In terms of voltage those need to be the same because it could fry your motor due to different voltages going to the motor. Hope this helped.

yes, when you ride your scooter, the external is somewhat charging your internal battery this means that the software will prompt a charging mode. you need to remove the charging mode in its firmware so that it will not prompt a charging mode when you start riding. it is just an on/off switch in firmware
I have a apllo ghost e scooter 36 volt I not interested in speed as it go 49 I would like two have 72volt for longer battery life so could longer distance and have Moore hours fun but is there eneything I would need two chage ie controller not share wot moter in the wheels dual moter tho

Can’t you make a battery to install underneath the scooter? But with more capacity than the original 12800mah?
You could replace the original battery but that would probably cost more and it would take more work. Also you will need to be careful with how much voltage the motor can support for example if you bought a 42 volt battery you can mod the scooter to only use 36v. But if you want to install an extrenal battery under the scooter that would probably not work due to the battery scraping on the ground. Hope this helped

If your scooter currently has 6000mah and you add 12000mah it will be 18000mah. If you buy an external battery with higher voltage you can mod the scooter to have a max voltage of 36v (for example you maybe bought a 42v external battery) i hope this helped

@@almasumalde7163 if you connect both batteries of your example in parallel you’ll get 36v 20Ah. If you connect them in series, you’ll get 72v 14Ah (the battery with more amperage stays for the joint)
