Just love your incredibly artistic PC slab earrings tutorials! I will share on my blog (beadinggem) so readers can come learn from you. I will also link back to your Etsy.
Thank you! We are really glad you enjoy it. We are trying to speed up or to cut out unnecessary parts that the tutorials are good to watch, so it's great to hear that it works :)
Omg I can't believe you did the pattern by hand! I thought I wouldn't be able to do it but now I can try 😁 they're gorgeous and the Allen key works perfect!
Thank you! Sometimes people do not want or cannot buy the texture mats, so this is an easy way to make it ☺️ some other people already mentioned here in the comments that they have some rubber oven gloves or a heat mat? with exactly this texture and that they are going to use them for this project ☺️
So adorable and such intricate work! The only suggestion I would make is that I would have made the first honeycomb out of trash clay, baked that honeycomb slab and made a reverse slab as a press to make more honeycombs in the future.
Hi Sara, thank you! The base is Fimo professional ochre colour, then there is black and white. Remaining lighter yellow, green and light blue are mixed, unfortunately we did not take any notes on these mixes.
Omg I love these! They are just perfect! Thank you for showing us how you do this. Could you please consider telling us what clay and colours of clay you use? It would help us to make some similar to yours. Thank you.
Thank you Carly, this is polymer clay from Fimo, the base colour is “Ochre”. There are also other good quality polymer clays like Sculpey, Cernit etc :)
Hi Mariane, thank you! The pieces get a very tiny bit smaller, yes, but it’s almost invisible. You can see it, for example when you bake clay in a metal pendant setting that it shrinks by 0,1mm. When starting, you do not have to be bothered by this, at most of the projects this does not play any role ☺️
Just found this video! These earrings are so adorable! Thinking about making these for someone as a Christmas gift! How long do you have to bake them for?
Thank you Tina! Each polymer clay package has baking instructions directly on the package, the time is mostly 30 minutes and the temperature may vary, so the best is to check what the brand says :)

I'm glad to find you. Thanks for your contents.
I'm new so I have a doubt: after baking the pieces, they turn smaller?
Hi Mariane, thank you! The pieces get a very tiny bit smaller, yes, but it’s almost invisible. You can see it, for example when you bake clay in a metal pendant setting that it shrinks by 0,1mm. Hi! What Mat surface are you laying your clay on while you work?
Hi Sasha! We mostly work on standard office paper :)
Please answer me
What do you put on these ear rings for shine ✨??? After baking
Hi! If you want your earrings shiny, you need to apply gloss varnish- you can find this product also among good polymer clay producers like Fimo ☺️

Hi! This is polymer clay - it can be purchased in craft/art stores or online. Probably you will need to google the best store for you.
you are amazing! suggestion for you: To save you time and hard work, use a honeycomb textured silicon mitt. for your background. (maybe),, (;
Hi Jeanine, thank you for your kind words and also for a cool idea. Actually, I had to google what a honeycomb textured silicon mitt is and these are probably not existing in our country, haha.. But it truly is a faster way and a great tip for other people who will watch this video!

What color is the clay?
Hi Nancy, the base is Ochre from Fimo, then basic yellow, white & black. The green and light blue are custom mixed.
Is this fimo clay?
Yes ☺️
What is this tool called?❤❤
Hi! Do you mean the tool used for the honeycomb texture? It is a simple hex key from mechanic toolbox ☺️
@@MyVian thank you so much❤❤
