This is an exercise for a training college of new recruits in the police force. This situation was an absolute gong show. The police did not exert control of the situation, separate the boyfriend from the girlfriend and expeditiously proceed to the DUI investigation. The boyfriend was freely allowed to go in and out of the car, which created an unsafe situation for the police officers.
Finally, someone actually had to suffer the consequences of their crimes. Congrats to the prosecutor and judge who actually didn’t wimp out and gave her time to think about her choices. What state and town can I congratulate?
