Someone complained about me using Kaeya and then Dendro Traveler in a domain the other day as if I wasn't dealing the most damage of anyone in that Co-Op. It's just wild to me that people think they can tell other players who to play. Especially if you're AR 45 ish and running these domains on the maximum level for the first time, let people who are carrying you play whoever they want.
As an AR45 player, i have never met or been like someone who tells others to change. Ar50 with 500k+ exp rn a long time later, I'm ar57, approaching 58.
The only rules I set to myself in coop are: 1. If someone joins the world earlier than me uses the character I want to farm friendship exp for, I adjust. (I only coop for friendship exp) 2. Never comment on other player's choice of character or force them to use a particular element. (Except if there are slimes or specters, I remind people)
I joined a low AR world to help out and I was told to kill myself 11 times because I main Childe. Now, because he's a "bad guy" that makes me "toxic." Keep in mind, this was THEIR world.
Sounds like someone who only thinks in black and white, seldom how world works. I wont say he is a good guy, far from it, but his character quest showed more of his side..ffs its even canon he was the kindest of the harbingers ans didnt torture them like signora
I was using lisa in azhdaha's fight, and everyone kept dying, me being the one last standing, people kept leaving the domain. I died after a while (once i was so close) and this person told me lisa is trash I should stop using her as if they weren't the one who died first 💀💀

That guy kinda had a point, unless you use venti as a dps, beside that you can only use him as a battery and generate some particles while applying Viridicent, but even then there are way better options. Anyway, I always play physical diluc so yea, play whatever you want, it's just a game
Using an electro character for the Raiden Shogun weekly isn’t entirely such a bad thing. Since you need someone to immediately set up the shield to avoid her KO move. Yes, I know that Raiden has an electric res, but it’s optional to have one person be electro or use a diverse of elements to set up the shield. Though, this person (the Kuki Shinobu), just has skill issues or is just still learning her mechanics.

The only time I complained about someone's character is when we were about to enter a 90 lvl domain with a 30lvl character. Then I had to carry the team (because they obviously died) with ayaka and they told me "i was using her wrong" BUDDY YOU DIED AND DIDN'T HELP ME AT ALL?!?!?
Similar experience but it's the domains where certain reactions harm the one who caused them. (Pyro in archaic petra, electro in crimson witch and cryo in thundering fury)
Talking about toxic people, just remembered that a day when I was farming for kazu artifacts, I decided to do it in co-op, but there was a toxic ningguang main that kept insulting me bcz they didn't like the glider I had on Beidou, they should at least be thanking me for carrying the domain
I remember once when i was fighting a boss in co op, Me and the other dps had died and the only people left were qiqi and aloy. we watched the others fight and even joked" aloy and qiqi carry" Probably the best and least toxic co op i've had

idk why it matters so much to others that you have to only bring a certain character of a certain element type in coop. i think it should only matter when you're fighting enemies that are immune to certain elements.
The other day in a coop level 90 match the other 3 were level 90 characters and i brought level 80 ascended wanderer. The host criticised me...and then I was putting out the most damage that coop and the other three died in second phase lmao.
Ok but it's totally justifiable if it's azhdaha's two elements, childe's electro and hydro counters, and signora pyro etc... I do this too but with good intentions
Those are still fine, the only justifiable one imo is with scara boss where u need to stun him and only dendro, anemo and cryo will work fast enough to break the turrets. But even then just 1 person is enough to do the job

The only moment where i'd say something is letting people know an element could work against them in a domain but then again people are free to play with who they want.
Justified, but if the player is fairly new and warming up to the game, letting them know how things work without being an absolute douche wouldn’t hurt.
this isn't the same situation because this boss isn't immune to electro, and having an electro character is also better bc of the insta kill attack where you need to deploy a shield

ye, with some exceptions for example electro characters vs electro slimes or something. Or using characters that can do overload in Witch of Crimson Flames artifacts, cause if you do the overload, you will lose ton of hp xD

I understand asking someone to change their character if the situation is like a pyro character in a pyro domain with pyro slime or abyss mage for example but like in the video it’s just absolutely disrespectful
A couples times while going for artifacts, I have told people that they were dying a lot because they were using a cryo character… They didn’t know that the domain caused self-damage every time they inflicted cryo onto the enemy.
the only time I comment is when we are doing a level with slimes, for example the crimson witch electro level and they decide to use lisa or yaemiko. I just try to remind them that much of the damage they do will be immune and if they have any other characters that would help.
The only time I get annoyed with people's character picks is when we're running a boss or max lvl domain and someone pulls out their lvl 40 just to die instantly.
The only time I do that is whenever there's a domain where for a certain reaction you lose health, or they try bringing a non-physical damage character to a domain where that element that the character uses is immune.
I'm probably the age of the parents of average players and this makes me feel so tired. once someone was so rude to another in random coop I just kicked them out 😂 but at the same time I know they're probably a teen so I'm more exasperated than angry

Okay, I’ve only told one person to change their character while we were doing a domain. That’s because it was geo traveler while we were in a smallish domain. After the first time we went through the domain I asked them politely to change geo traveler since it got annoying when I always accidentally climbed on the rocks. Other than that I would never tell anyone to change their character
I usually ask someone to change if the domain is like cyro slimes and cyro mage and someone is using a cyro character that isn’t physical or if we have a dps and I ask if we can choose supports to make that dps deal a bunch of dmg or like a swirl team
This one time I was doing a domain and me and another person both had ganyu out. Before I even had the chance to change characters (I was planning to) they said “dibs on ganyu” which really annoyed me but I just let it go since I didn’t want to start and argument. They ended up doing way lesser dmg than me (if I had played ganyu) AND they died first.
I once had someone brag to me in co-op about how their Itto was obviously better than mine bc it was C6 with Redhorn (at the time mine was C0 with Whiteblind) in an obviously condescending way, and they joined me in co-op domain. I played a healer, and guess who didn’t get healed 😂

Well Raiden has an electro res so one electro is enough to get the shield, also Shinobu needs hydro and dendro to become a dps so this player wasn't saying nonsense, except that they died...
The only time I complain in co-oo is when someone tries to bring a underlvled character to a lvl 90 domain,lvl 60 and under, I only complain when that happens
I have never come across a toxic person, in fact everyone has been really nice considering I only use three four stars and jean (I'm on ar 38 and I've only managed to get one 5 star character)
The amount of people who join and do dumb things like that are why I've stopped doing co-op, it's aggravating to see how short sighted/quick to blame some are and act holier than thou.
Lucky everyone in co-op for me is quite peaceful. I got asked why I was bringing lvl 45 heizou into a lvl 90 domain, it was because I ran out of lvl up books and they just laughed, very peaceful.
if the there are players who want to use the same character then here are some rules (i hope everyone agrees) the higher level gets priority if the characters are both the same level then host gets priority if the players that are choosing arent hosts then the its dependant on the players number
i guess the rule is Obvious, as you say but some addition First is, which one are first then they got the slot regardless lv Second, if both equal in time, then higher lv should get the slot Third, if both equal in time and lv, then host take the slot
I tell people to swap their pyro characters when I'm playing dendro cuz they always suicide and take the team with them. Sometimes though, I let it happen on purpose so I can solo the boss with alhaitham right after they all die.

I usually ask someone to change if the domain is like cyro slimes and cyro mage and someone is using a cyro character that isn’t physical or if we have a dps and I ask if we can choose supports to make that dps deal a bunch of dmg or like a swirl team

This one time I was doing a domain and me and another person both had ganyu out. Before I even had the chance to change characters (I was planning to) they said “dibs on ganyu” which really annoyed me but I just let it go since I didn’t want to start and argument. They ended up doing way lesser dmg than me (if I had played ganyu) AND they died first.
I once had someone brag to me in co-op about how their Itto was obviously better than mine bc it was C6 with Redhorn (at the time mine was C0 with Whiteblind) in an obviously condescending way, and they joined me in co-op domain. I played a healer, and guess who didn’t get healed 😂

Well Raiden has an electro res so one electro is enough to get the shield, also Shinobu needs hydro and dendro to become a dps so this player wasn't saying nonsense, except that they died...
people might be reminding you that there are, for example, electro enemies in the domain, so if you were to go electro it wouldn't be effective
True but this domain you kinda need electro or at least hydro or anemo for if you get to the big attack where you have to deploy a shield
but this boss isn't immune to electro

i only play co-op with random person once.. thats when it was first implemented and never again.
2:03 girl that's a skill issue, Raiden is literally so easy to beat and all you had to do there was to stay on the sides

The only time I complain in co-oo is when someone tries to bring a underlvled character to a lvl 90 domain,lvl 60 and under, I only complain when that happens
If the other three players are high level then it is good
I'm in asia server, never meet a toxic player....yet. Japanese players are the most chill players that I've met.
I have never come across a toxic person, in fact everyone has been really nice considering I only use three four stars and jean (I'm on ar 38 and I've only managed to get one 5 star character)
As an amber main I've experienced this a lot.
The amount of people who join and do dumb things like that are why I've stopped doing co-op, it's aggravating to see how short sighted/quick to blame some are and act holier than thou.
The first one is actually goofy you need electro for the boss to quickly get the sheild up..
Lucky everyone in co-op for me is quite peaceful. I got asked why I was bringing lvl 45 heizou into a lvl 90 domain, it was because I ran out of lvl up books and they just laughed, very peaceful.
if the there are players who want to use the same character then here are some rules (i hope everyone agrees)
the higher level gets priority
if the characters are both the same level then host gets priority
if the players that are choosing arent hosts then the its dependant on the players number
i guess the rule is Obvious, as you say but some addition
First is, which one are first then they got the slot regardless lv
Second, if both equal in time, then higher lv should get the slot
Third, if both equal in time and lv, then host take the slot
Whenever I do pyro domain I tell the people electro is bad for the domain cuz u take dmg
Used to co op with lvl 70 yaoyao in raiden domain. They let me in surprisingly, even if she barely do any dmg.

I tell people to swap their pyro characters when I'm playing dendro cuz they always suicide and take the team with them. Sometimes though, I let it happen on purpose so I can solo the boss with alhaitham right after they all die.
