I really appreciate that you advised the last PP to consider poly dating and didn't automatically poo-poo it. It's a valid lifestyle, and some people need to try it out before they know if it's for them or not. ALL of the emotions (positive and negative) they may experience when starting out in poly are also valid, and those emotions can often be worked through if the people involved want to do that. 💖
I squeegee every single time I shower and have been for years. I quite literally couldn't imagine not doing that. Makes the drying off process easy peasy lemon squeegee lol
As a Nutritionist I appreciate the gut conversation. I can always explain a bit more about pre-and probiotics. Sooo basically PRObiotics are the healthy bacteria themselves (in kombucha, yogurt, kefir, Sauerkraut.. anything fermented...) = LIVE cultures.. . PREbiotics are what they "feed on". It's fuel for the healthy bacteria, what helps them grow. Prebiotics are mainly fiberous foods (only plants have fiber hehe) - therefore fruits and veggies are recommended, also whole grains, seeds... ( plant based but of course fiber contents vary) :). This is one of my fave topics when it comes to Nutrition. I could nerd out on it for hours!!!

Open/poly dating has changed my life and my past relationship experiences make so much more sense to me now
