Thanks I thought there was something wrong with the filter I got. I thought it was not the right one. But I've noticed that you are having some of the same qualities as what I'm seeing when I put mine. I can see mine from the top like yours as well. I thought I was losing my mind. Thanks for this video. Trying to figure out where all the information is on the internet is horrifying right now. 😂 Trying to find a book for my lawn mower is a nightmare. Found it on Facebook Marketplace so it's a pain. Trying to find the part number for this lawn mower for the air filter was a nightmare. So apparently the one I did pick up is the right one.

Good video and thanks for posting. I have a B&G mower like the one in your video. I ordered a set of filters which came with a complimentary "pre-filter". It doesn't seem to "seat" in any particular place (either in front of or behind the main filter). I'm guessing since it's a pre-filter it should go in front? Or maybe I don't need it at all? Any advice? Thanks in advance.

No. do not oil it will not be able to " breathe"

It is called an air filter cover.

If your air filter is oil soaked it wont work

@@JeffsLittleEngineService no its not filter.its like it does not have enough air . so I replaced it with female long sox. but now even under torique it dosent cut. i also have another one gas is leaking between carburator and engione whatr can i do about that ?
