For me hard work and smart work should go hand in hand,if you failed by doing hard work it will down you! On the other hand if you have failed by doing smart work it will not let you down because smart work takes less time whereas the results are same right! 30℅ of hard work along with 70℅ of smart work is necessary in order to achieve your desire goal as we're living in the competitive world if you have creativity through smart work people will recognize you
