The difference with the tape ball is that they stretched the tape as it was going on, making it thiner with more elasticity. This will allow more of that pulling apart effect they get when cutting it.

For the tape ball, you need wider tape and have to roll it under tension. It's the tension that causes the air pockets, and that makes it pop and expand like that.

being a free hand nail artist, it feels very relaxed to see such a printing machine for nail art, you don't need to stress your eyes to focus and make sharp strokes with fine brushes
I would think it would make you nervous that something like that may eventually make you lose money. Obviously if you are doing acrylic or such you are still going to be needed as most people cant accomplish that on their own. But hand done nail art is probably eventually going to be almost obsolete. I know though that there will always be people that are more interest in having a person put art on them than a machine without a soul lol.

Oh gosh I know what you mean. I have no idea how people use those long stripping brushes to paint. I found the tiniest brush I could at a nail art shop in Osaka and I'm hoping to visit again next month and buy two more (as replacements lol)

I just wish she didn’t have to always promote a free item to get people to subscribe like she doing with the Chanel bag. Probably half the subscribers she has are people only wanting the free items she’s giving out and not because they like the content. It feels like she’s buying subscribers instead of earning them. You need the Holo Taco Protective Nail Peel to use with that machine! I forget the exact name, but you can paint it on the skin around the nail and then peel it off when you are done painting. I struggle to paint neatly, so it's a life saver.

Hi hope so here is some advice for the tape ball: 1 roll the adhesive tape into a ball (Wich you did do right) 2: something you accidentally missed was to put the ball into fridge to not make it so sticky and to get that peel effect! Hopped this helped! ❤❤
I am so impressed by that dress at the beginning I legit just told my fiancé that’s what i’m having my wedding dress made out of!! He’s a glassblower and uses UV light a lot for his glow in the dark glass so this would be a super cool!!!

I would totally buy the fabric they used to make that dress. The candles were a disappointment but Leo was so cute standing up to investigate. I hope someone makes a cheaper dupe of that necklace. I'd never use the nail art printer enough for it to be worth it but it would be cool if they can eventually do high resolution images.

The nail art machine was around about 10 years ago, it was a kids Barbie nail printer but adults bought them up to use. They worked pretty well too!!

@@hopescope i think it was around $150, my niece had one but my sister and I took it over. It worked really well. You could put any image on your nails. They always sold out very quickly.

I had one of those fiber light things years ago. The fibers started breaking off and getting ALL over my apartment. They were super skinny and would imbed into my feet as skinny glass like splinters. When I’d try to remove them from my feet they would break. It was nightmare inducing.

Isn't the sticker supposed to go over the places where you don't want the print to go, so that you peel it off afterwards? Like that glue or what that SimplyNailogical uses around her nails when painting them sometimes.
Try paintable liquid latex before using the nail printer! You just paint it on your skin and peel it off after the design is done (and it’s ALSO super satisfying!)
Even just oil or something you can wipe off should help

Hope, for the nail art machine, you can use the paint on latex stuff that you use to protect your skin when painting them by hand. I think it would work!! Awesome video! I love your energy!! I might be buying a few of those things myself! 💜💜
Edit to add: You can still use the tiny hangers for you "tiny house" and put small those on the hangers in the bedroom or closet if it has one!!! Get some Barbie clothes for it!!! Would be soooooo cute!!

@@hopescope no, you buy a separate product, called liquid latex. You paint it on the skin and then peel it off afterwards. Holo Taco sells it under the name “protective peel”.
@@hopescope for the Leo one, did you put on the white coat to begin with? Because I think the printing is slightly translucent and needs a white base to paint on.

For the nail thing, maybe pick a smaller design, like simba in the original video. Then use holo taco to do just a plain base with whatever color will go with your design! Hope this helps a little, even though I have no idea how to work the machine haha!
