I completely understand, and I appreciate your comment. My goal is to show people how to save money on groceries. There are some great sales on other foods, even for people with different health plans and needs. Everyone can save a little bit of money when you look at the store ads and shop the sales. Lots of processed carbs and foods - I try to avoid that- but if this is something that fits into your health plan, it’s a great haul!
