Happy New Year, Beth! Alpha Skincare 12% glycolic body lotion is a holy grail product for me. Have used it for several years now and it is amazing... no more crepey skin on my 66-year-old arms and legs. I ran out of it earlier this year and didn't use it for a few months...what a difference. Finally reordered and back to using it, my skin is better again. Don't even need to use it everyday. I apply it after showering to towel-dried skin, sometimes I skip a day and my skin still looks and feels wonderful.

The vinyl ink 💄s are amazing!! I'm at the 1% strength tretinoid.....probably 2 years now and I still need to deep moisture. You look amazing as usual❤

I think I was the one that recommended the Marc Anthony thickening cream a few years ago. If you noticed they must have changed formulations when they put it in a different tube. So now I get the Marc Anthony (in the blue tube) Marc Anthony Thickening and Volume cream. It works like the old one in the orange tube. Also I like Kenra shampoo but have been using for 2 years now the Kenra Platinum thickening shampoo. It really gets the hair clean and you will not have any buildup yet it's gentle. I used the Kenra volume shampoo in the past but I prefer and think the Platinum Thickening shampoo gets my hair cleaner while thickening my hair.

Hi Beth - I have been using the Opalescence you recommended and I loved it but during the holidays I tried to order it again and couldn’t find it available on Amazon. Amazon had the Opalescence with sensitively relief so I ordered - they were 2 tubes at one ounce and cost $17.00.. totally ridiculous pricing….if you can find the Opalescence please share with me! Love your channel as always!!

Hi Beth, thank you for the great videos. I, also, tried eyelash extensions. I asked my dermatologist to write a prescription for Latisse. I am able to get it through my pharmacy for 26.00. I also have a prescription for Tretinoin which I get for 27.00. Both are purchased without insurance. I tried Curology but stopped when they raised their prices. Also, do you have any issues with hair shedding?

Beth...you owe no apologies! Everyone's body reacts differently to certain things. I have a friend who tried vegan and their Dr told them they were becoming anemic. There are certain supplements that I have tried and it makes me wheeze. Don't pay attention to these ugly comments, you've been transparent about everything you do, from skin care, to supplements, procedures and diets. I greatly appreciate all the information you generously share with us!
